Conveniently located on the south end of 7mile beach and on the second floor with a Partial Ocean View. King bed in the master bedroom with blackout curtains (great for sleeping in!) and an en-suite bathroom. Two double beds in the second bedroom with blackout curtains and bathroom adjacent from the bedroom door. Queen blow up mattress for the living room. Walking distance to most bars & restaurants, Supermarket, Town and Camana Bay. The Beach and pool bar is a 2min walk from the front door. COMPLIMENTARY loungers & umbrellas, outdoor shower, beautiful waterfall feature, mini lazy river, hot tub, kiddie pool, BBQ/picnic area.

For bookings that are 14 days and longer, one complimentary maid service will be offered every 7 days.

Awesome beach with rock cove that kept the waters calm & great snorkeling right off shore, quiet property, excellent location to get around to all parts of Grand Cayman island. Lazy Lizard swim-up bar was fun. Host Livia was helpful anytime we contacted her. Definitely recommend staying here, we would return!

Amazing Vacay!

The condo location was great, family friendly atmosphere! Great place to keep coming back to and will definitely try to.The only downside is the curtains are not black out and the toilets are really low.

Great tropical getaway

We stayed for 4 nights and loved every second. Great location with awesome private beach/swim cove. They have a nice pool area with a beach bar. We loved the food/drinks there and had great service. There were also several restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again!

Amazing place!

We had a great stay at Sunset Cove! Great location. Livia was wonderful and responsive to our questions and requests. The fully stocked kitchen was great - to save money we mostly ate breakfast and lunch at the condo. The pool and beach are steps from the front door. Definitely would book again and recommend to others.

Sunrise Sunset

This was a great place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony... songbirds and ocean waves. Then the spectacular sunsets!!! The property was exactly as described. Thank you!

Great Family Vacation Spot

This condo has great amenities for families. We traveled with our three kids (9,11,13). They loved the pool area and we loved snorkeling in the cove and outside. The condo was in great condition and up to date with lots of cooking supplies and spices. It felt like a home away from home! We had a car rental but the grocery store is near. The only downside is there wasn’t much space to store our clothes but we made do. We enjoyed our stay!!

Clean and convenient, updated apartment. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and sofa. Lovely balcony. Supplied with many extras that were useful for the beach and pool. Great location, near pool and beach.

Nice apartment for a family vacay

Actual rating 4.5 but have benefit of the doubt and some hopefully helpful feedback: Nice apartment with good furniture and accessories. There was no laundry detergent as advertised so we bought and left for the next person. Master bedroom only had a small place to hang some clothes (not big enough for two people) and no dresser, so we both had to live out of our suitcase.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review Robert. When I checked on how your stay was going after your first night, there was no mention about the laundry detergent. Had I known, I could have sent one of my staff to bring you some. I will notify the owners about the closet as we have never had any mention from other guests on not having enough space. Fabulous Condo in Great Location

This unit is so spacious and comfortable, no complaints at all. We were there during Hurricane Beryl and Livia the host for the property was excellent in her communication and kept us abreast of all public announcements. We could not find flashlights which would be essential if we were to lose power, next day Livia delivered two. The development is very nice, great pool with swim up bar and a nice semi private beach. The development is not on the main seven mile beach but what is nice is that there are several restaurants in walking distance. We loved it and would stay again.

Awesome stay!

We had an awesome 2 night stay at Sunset Cove. The condo itself was very spacious and clean and exceeded our expectations. The patio was giant and the view was much better than expected. I could even see the ocean while relaxing on the couch. The condo is located in a great spot on the property with a super quick walk to the beach or the pool. We really enjoyed the friendly service at the pool bar and good food at the restaurant as well. It was a good location within walking distance to restaurants. The liquor store was right next door, but the grocery store is a bit of a hike. Cabs can be hard to call at times, but the bus (actually little vans) come by often and are super easy and convenient. You can get cabs outside the grocery store area to return back. I am really only giving it a 4 for location only because we also stayed right on Seven Mile Beach and really preferred the ocean there. The beach is also really nice at Sunset Cove though. The water is very clear and calm. Livia was a very nice and communicative host and everyone on the island is just so nice. Overall you cannot go wrong with this property. We had a great stay and would definitely book here again!

I moved to Cayman over 20 years ago with the intention of staying for 6 months. I fell in love with the sun, sand and sea so I decided to stay and make this island my home.

I was in hospitality for nearly 30 years and started investing in properties back in 2010 while I was still in hospitality, and happy to have my own vacation rental properties to host guests from all over the world! Eventually, I transitioned into the real estate world in 2020 when it was time for a change and loving every moment of it :)

This complex was the first place I lived when I moved to Cayman back in 2002, it was beautiful then and still beautiful now. It was love at first sight and I told myself that one day I will purchase a unit when I was able to and I am so happy that I was able to actually make it happen!

I love how conveniently located the condo is. Just steps away from the pool and swim up pool bar, steps away from the beach and steps away from restaurants. The private patio and garden is great to unwind after a day in the sun. The unique benefits to this property is you are staying in a condo at a resort style setting, enjoying the ameneties of a lobby bar, swim up pool and snack bar, beach, beach chairs, sun loungers around the pool and 24/7 security. There is also a protected cove where the water stays calm during rough sea days so you can still enjoy a dip in the ocean.
