BED AND BATH CONFIGURATION
-Primary Suite: Main floor suite with King bed. En-suite bathroom with two vanities and stand alone shower
-Secondary Bedroom: Main floor bedroom with Queen bed
-Secondary Bathroom: Main floor bathroom with soaking tub
-Loft: Three single beds and one double bed. Please note there is a steep set of stairs to access the loft.

INTERIOR
A feast for the senses, this unique home gives a distinctly old world feel. Massive log beams, a great stone fireplace, artisanal floor tiles, rich colors, soaring ceilings, and gracious windows framing your picture-perfect views from every room. Open floor plan keeps the home light and spacious. Plenty of windows in every room let in natural light and the fantastic views! (If you like to sleep in total darkness, we recommend brining an eye mask. Our curtains are decorative and not blackout)

Red velvet couches invite you to sit around the wood burning fireplace. An oversized knotted wood dining table pairs well with a cozy seating area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, coffee, and tea. Microwave, 4 burner gas stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils and more.

Have a French meal designed and prepared just for you! Meet a local, classically trained chef and learn about French cuisine as he cooks a delicious meal right before your eyes! Imagine the smell of coq-au-vin or perhaps a boeuf bourguignon filling the air as you lounge around after a day of adventure. Wine and cocktail pairings are available.

Exposed stone wall in the primary suite will have you feeling like you’ve woken up in a castle on the coast of France. Second bedroom is light and airy with another great view of the lake. Both bedrooms feature Dreamcloud mattresses and down comforters, ensuring you sleep like royalty. To access the open loft, you’ll climb a steep set of stairs. Great for kids but can be a challenge to navigate for people with limited mobility. Just be sure all adventurers use the handrail!

For entertainment, there is TV with cable, streaming, and DVD player in the great room. Additional TVs in loft and both bedrooms. Games and movies are provided for lazy days. Bar with a full fridge gives you a dedicated space to store and prepare your libations.

Starlink internet ensures lightning fast speed, great for remote work.

EXTERIOR
Patio overlooks the lake with a stunning view of Needle Mountains. Outdoor dining table, propane BBQ, and firepits to enjoy the great outdoors. Gaze at the quivering aspens and their reflection in the water below. The night sky, filled with endless stars, is breathtakingly beautiful.

LAKE
You can have access to the private, protected lake, perfect for fishing (catch and release) or floating along peacefully surrounded by the San Juan mountains. Aspens, spruce, and firs create an idyllic atmosphere for you to leave all your worries behind.
** Lake access is based on seasonality, April - October.
**Please use provided life vests and boat.

***NOTE: 4WD/AWD required in winter with snow tires (Thanksgiving through late March). Chains are acceptable and can be rented in the neighborhood for $30/day. Roads are regularly plowed and in good condition but can be steep in some areas.
**Property has not been tested for Radon
