Beautiful Black Bear townhome across from Purgatory Resort. Club access!

SkiBreeze Purgatory is located directly across from Purgatory Resort and is perfect for your vacation any time of year. The townhome features 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bath. The gourmet kitchen with granite tile counters and Kitchen Aid appliances includes a bar with seating and opens to the main living space and dining area. Enjoy great views of Engineer Mountain and the ski slopes from either balcony or take a short walk to the beautiful community gazebo with space for outdoor dining as well as a fire pit and outdoor sitting area. The home is located near a stocked pond for fishing and kayaking in the summer, and the nordic center for cross country skiing in the winter. The master bedroom features a gas fireplace and balcony with amazing views of the resort.

The $16/night resort fee included in the quote is the required fee that must be charged by the Durango Mountain Master Assocition. We had an incredible stay at Skibreeze! The location is ideal for skiing at Purgatory and the shuttle service made it so easy to get back-and-forth between the mountain. We didn’t have to rent any lockers and were able to come home each day for lunch. The kitchen had numerous pots and pans in a crockpot, making dinner a breeze. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of towels available for the family. We definitely look forward to booking here again!

Excellent stay!!

Great place to stay! Super convenient to Purgatory Resort with a quick and friendly shuttle service to and from the ski slopes! Clean, comfortable and fully outfitted for our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Loved everything about our first visit to Purgatory, accommodations were perfect. Super convenient to go to and fro from the slopes. John was very quick to respond to questions. My son enjoyed the gym and pools at the base of the slopes. The home was cozy and had all necessary needs and more. Most fluffy nice snelling towels, not thin bleach smelling like many rentals. Even had a crockpot and air fryer for easy convenient meals after a long day on the slopes. Loved having two fireplaces to warm up in front of. Slept our family of 6 very comfortably. Loved having a garage.

Great house & host

The house was great for us and being right across from Purgatory was perfect. The host responded right away anytime we reached out, even on Christmas Day when we had an issue with the shuttle. Would definitely stay here again

Great location

Better than other units we have stayed in at Blackbear. Great location next to Purgatory. We didn't have any issues with the property but the Host was very responsive and proactive! Would stay again.

Great home, perfect location

We go to Durango frequently but this was the first time staying at this home. It was the perfect place for us! It was comfortable, clean and had all of the amenities you could need. Since it is across from Purgatory, it made it so easy to get to & from the slopes. We had 3 teen boys with us who were on different wake up and 'done for the day' routines so it allowed them to easily get back & forth to the resort. The owner, John, was so easy to work with and very responsive. We would highly recommend SkiBreeze and will hopefully stay again!!

Great place to stay and ski at Purgatory

Very comfortable place to stay at with two large bedrooms, three bathrooms and a kids room. Two decks to view the sunsets and the ski area. A nice garage to park your car in. Well stocked kitchen and two fireplaces to enjoy and stay warm with. The owner is very responsive to questions and issues. He provided great instructions to access the property and valuable information to use the shuttles and resort amenities. All in all we had a great stay.

Lovely house and perfect location

We loved staying here for our first time to Purgatory resort. I loved the fact it had 2 king bedrooms since my parents stayed with us, and the bunk room was perfect for our kids. It was spacious and comfortable with 2 balconies facing the ski area. We were so close to Purgatory, just across the street. The shuttle was easy and fast. We should have used it more. It drops you off at the front door of the home. Check in was easy and John, the owner, was very responsive and always answered in a timely manner. I highly recommend Skibreeze! We had a great stay and hope to come back soon!

Amazing stay!

John was an amazing host. He allowed us to check in early at 2pm on the day of our arrival which was a huge help. He even ordered humidifiers for us due to the dry air in Colorado. There was ample paper products for our stay which was a very nice touch. They even had plastic plates for kids. There were also games to play if you wanted to. The tv in the living room is nice and the open concept downstairs allows for everyone to be seen and talk to each other. Ample room to put your things away during your stay. The master bathroom is nice with a jacuzzi tub and shower. The location is great being across the street from the resort and shuttle service to the village area is provided. Having a garage to park in kept our car from being covered in snow. The HOA came by to remove snow from the driveway a couple times during our stay due to snowfall. Highly recommend staying here. The only thing that would make it better is a hot tub on the balcony.

The location was great, we took the shuttle to ski, which actually was less steps than a ski-in-ski-out place because it picks up right outside the door! The home was well stocked, we cooked in and had what we needed. The host was very quick with responding when we had little issues with internet. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Overall, great location for skiing!
