The house looked amazing. We absolutely loved the theater. The rooms had plenty of closet space and drawers. The kitchen was fully stocked but still had enough room for us to put our groceries away. Two dishwashers made clean up fast and easy. The hot tub was very nice. There was so much space. We loved it.

Great place for golf get away

Place was well maintained and perfect spot for getting to locations we were visiting. In summer could be an issue with traffic and noise as house is right on rte 12.

We love a big pet friendly house for our annual family vacation. This year was made better with the big theater room for game fanatics, the pool (although we had trouble with the heater), a bathroom out by the pool made keeping the floors dry so much easier and all the cooks loved the huge kitchen and the elevator to haul all the food in. The multiple outdoor decks gave something for everyone. A very short walk to the great beach. There’s a great layout to allow for bedrooms to be quieter. While it is in a higher traffic location we were not bothered by the noise. It’s a short walk to Duck Doughnuts, Walmart, Food Lion, Walmart, and the Candystore!

Perfect for a Large Group

We had 12 adults and were very comfortable. Loved dining table that seated 16. Great support from Coastal Carolina folks.

All I wanted for my 80th Birthday was to be with family. We had 16 people in the house and although the weather was cool and windy we had a fabulous time.

Shaffer sisters and families

this is a great house. Beach is close enough to enjoy the walk. Could walk to the Run Down Cafe in the a.m. for bloody marys. Cross the street to Steamers, and Walgreens. Pool just great. Only drawback is the traffic noise. If you can get past that, you will do well. As my nephew said "quit your whining". Property management were a joy.

Sea you soon

The house was big enough for my family, and at a good location. It was not very clean when we arrived, so my daughter made sure the kitchen was cleaned up. There were ants all over the stove and coming up from a corner of the island. We got ant traps and spray and it did not help so we called and they sent an exterminator out. I think they must have had fleas, because some of us had bug bites all over. We kept checking our dogs and because we give them medication to stop fleas, they did not have any sigs of them. The house needs to be fumigated. All the doors need to be repaired. On a few occasions someone had to help people to get out of the bathroom, because the door would not unlock. It was not all bad. I would stay there again if the rent would be a little less, and it was cleaned up a bit.

This was a wonderful family reunion location! Our first impression was just the dirty garage floor - but the rest of the property was great. We especially enjoyed the long table to gather at for meals.
