**Reservations over 10 nights will be charged for energy consumption;

***A deposit of R$700.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The bedroom and living room are composed as follows:

1 double bed, 2 single sofa beds, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closet.

Located in the Barra neighborhood, one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Salvador, close to the Carnival circuit and the most beautiful urban beach in Salvador, Porto da Barra. Also close to Farol da Barra, where the sunset is a spectacle in itself, complete with a round of applause!

The neighborhood is, without a doubt, the best to enjoy what Salvador has to offer! In addition to the beach and proximity to places of tourist interest, it also has markets, pharmacies, shopping malls, hospitals and best of all, without the need to use vehicles.
