Additional rules
Dear valued guests,

As hosts who take great pride in providing a memorable experience for our guests, we would like to share some additional guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at our property. Your cooperation in following these rules is greatly appreciated.

1. Upon reservation, we kindly request information about the group, including names, ages and relations. Failure to provide this information within 24 hours may result in cancellation.

2. At least one member of the group must be an adult who is 28 years of age or older.

3. Please do not burn candles inside the house for safety reasons.

4. Food consumption is limited to the kitchen and dining areas only.

5. Dispose of all garbage in the designated bins; no litter should be left anywhere on the property.

6. The wood stove is not operable.

7. Ensure that no personal items, including kayaks, are left on the beach after use.

As we strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency, we would appreciate your assistance during the check-out process. We understand that departing on time may be challenging, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation in the following:

1. Check-out time is 10:00 am sharp. Please allow our cleaning crew access as soon as they arrive at 10:00 am. If a late check-out is needed, please contact us for approval, subject to cleaning crew schedules.

2. Strip the beds, bring all bedding to the laundry room, and start a load of used towels with the provided dishwashing agent.

3. Empty, or load and start the dishwasher. Please leave the sink free of any dishes or silverware.

4. Dispose of all trash in plastic bags in the designated bin outside of the greenhouse.

5. Collect all personal belongings from inside and outside the house.

6. Please ensure all exterior doors are locked upon your departure.
