Seahorse Sanctuary is clean and comfy. There was plenty of space for our family of 9. We had everything we needed for cooking basic meals. Stepping directly from deck to beach is priceless. The property management Seashore Realty was very responsive and even helpful with reminders for trash pick ups & clear instructions for check in & check out. Highly recommend.
Clean, exactly as advertised. Steps from the beach. The “ramp” from the beach to the house steps was a little difficult for older family- but still acceptable. Would stay again and would recommend.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to hosting you again in the future!
Once we arrived, flies were flying around the first floor and primary bedroom on the second floor. On the first day we killed at least 25 flies. By the third day we had killed 15 more. I had trouble sleeping knowing that there were so many flies in the place.I had contacted the management team the first day at 4:30 letting them know about the flies. I kept texting with updates of how many flies we were killing...10...15...25 flies. We heard back a few hours later letting us know that they will talk to their team to figure out how to address this matter. The next morning they asked me if there is anything we need and completely ignored the fly problem. I texted them again letting them know about the fly situation and they told me "that definitely isn't acceptable" and that they had a note into pest control. Then in the afternoon they said that pest control was not available until the next day (Friday day 3). By then we had killed 40 flies.I called on Friday to ask if they could give us a something for the time (killing them) and anxiety that the flies in the home caused. They told me that it is very normal to have flies since it is fly season. They said the door must have been left open by the cleaning crew or last family. I told them that was really unacceptable. They disagreed. On Friday afternoon a pest control person did come and killed remaining flies. I have video of the flies so you could see how many. Unfortunately I can only post pictures.I
We paid the 180 for the sheets with the first night missing queen and twin sheets. I communicated this to the host asking to please ensure we had the next day. The host asked if we needed anything that evening and I stated the queen sheets. We did not receive that evening with us sleeping on top of the comforter. We did receive more towels and sheets the next morning The twin beds for the bunk beds need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable and cheap. There was a serious horse fly problem. We sent pics so hopefully the matter was addressed before the next guest. The downstairs and master shower are extremely small. Big enough to stand and wash but hard to move around. Shower head in the hall shower needs to be replaced as the spray was not flowing but going in different directions. Younger kids had a hard time showering.Location was perfect. View was beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals Beach was quiet with not alot of people which was wonderful.
