The waterfront views are spectacular...Bella Palacia is on a fresh-water basin & the electric heated pool and spa are absolutely breathtaking Oh the Views! SO MUCH WILDLIFE..FEED THE TURTLES!
The pocketing sliders open up the home to let the outside in.
Bella Palacia has 4 Bedrooms plus an extra Office w/Sofa Bella Palacia Sleeps 9 adults max! There is a comfy pull out sofa bed in the office private w a slider to master bath.
High speed internet! Newly purchased air purifier/ top of the line!
Close to more than you could ever hope for
Fishing (poles and gear no license required off our dock) and feeding all kinds of wildlife right in your own backyard off of our dock.
Great Location close to everything... Beaches...Shopping...Boating...Restaurants...Golf, and so much more! Many waterfront communities, with specialty shops & Restaurants. Bella Palacia has 2560 sq. ft. indoors and even more square footage when you include the Lani and outdoor area.
TV's are in each Bedroom as well as the Living Room. Each Bedroom has a theme...to make you feel like you are in Paradise! The Costal Bling Room... with a gorgeous new king bed with views of the canal and pool. The Sea Turtle Room....two twins. The Palm Tree Room has a Canopy Queen. (The main Bathroom is in between these two bedrooms) Finally, the Primary....is just a place for the 'Royalty' in you just waiting to be pampered like you deserve! With brand new King Mattress and newer canopy bed and dresser the Primary Room looks out onto the pool with sliders to the pool area. The Primary also includes an ensuite with a walk- through shower. water closet and 2 vanities.
The Large Gourmet Kitchen has Granite and Stainless Appliances, with everything you need to make gourmet meals. Very well Stocked Kitchen!
A new outdoor kitchen. complete with sink, fridge.. grill and more. The Laundry Room is right off of the garage...which has room for one car.
Our home has been professionally decorated to make you feel like a Prince & Princess. Most of our reviews speak of feeling such a sense of peace...we believe we have prepared our home to be just that...a place of peace, rest & refreshment...a place to make new memories...and special family times. The home was amazing! Very comfortable and we felt like we were in the lap of luxury. We didn't use a lot of the amentities because of the poor weather but it wasn't because it wasn't available. We loved it!! Anyone that uses this place will feel the same. The owners were wonderful. We were in constant contact in case we had any issues which we didn't. This was the first vacation we have ever had than we didn't want to go home!! Thank you so much!!

Lots of things to do in the area and such a great backyard with pool, hottub, bar, fire pit, and access to the canals. Its a busy street, but you will never know it. Go kayakbthe canals and enjoy some warm weather!

"This was our fifth time staying at Brad and Donna's beautiful property, and it was even better than the first! The hosts clearly take pride in maintaining the property and making guests feel welcome. We'll be back again and again. The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend it!"

Beautiful House

Brad & Donna take really good care of their property n it’s beautifully decorated she has about everything u need there n the visits from the wildlife was great Turtles come right up to dock n the ducks came for a visit everyday too n small white beautiful birds it’s convenient to everything we only caught 1 fish though carp but everything was great highly recommend her property.

The most beautiful place my family and I have stayed at! Donna and Brad are so kind and accommodating! Donna was always a text or call away for any questions or advice! We had no problems what so ever. The house had everything we needed! We can not wait to come back every year! This is our favorite and the only place we will stay!

Beautiful, comfortable home

This was our second time staying in this home. It is absolutely comfortable and well appointed. The back lanai is outstanding, from dining area, to sitting area and propane fire pit to the inviting pool and hot tub and new outdoor kitchen and bar. The hosts are the best to work with and fantastic communicators. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the home and we were so glad we came back!

The listing was spot on, exactly what you see on the site is what you get. Excellent location, beautiful pool and outdoor space. Binder in the owner left, was so helpful with area restaurants, things to do, we give this property a solid 5 stars!

Fabulous Vacation!

This home has everything you would need for a fabulous vacation! Tons of amenities, including the pool, hot tub, bikes, paddle boat, kayaks, fishing poles, etc! The list goes on and on! Very clean. Lovely welcome gifts! Would definitely recommend this home! Had a great vacation!

PERFECT getaway

We had the most amazing week staying at this home. Donna was so great to work with, she was very responsive and accomidating to our family of 5. Jason met us at the house and walked us thru so we felt prepared how to use everything. We have 3 young boys and we used the pool every single day. I was nervous for the saltwater but now that I experienced a salt water pool I much prefer that to chlorine. The temperature of the pool and spa heated up quickly and made the pool days very comfortable. For being on a busy road you would never even know. The owners did a great job of putting plants and trees sourrounding the property so you feel very secluded and private. The canal was such a lovely bonus, we loved watching the birds and wildlife from right in our back yard. I would absolutly stay here again. A huge perk was all the towels and pool floats were provided so we didn't need to pack those along. The whole house was fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. We have stayed at a few rentals and this was our favorite by far. The only thing it was almost too nice for our 3 boys but we managed to keep the house together ha! We had one incident and Donna was very understanding. Blessed to have been able to stay here with my family :)

Beautiful Home

Everything about the house was as advertised! House was super clean, well organized, and has a great layout. The lanai was amazing, and has a large TV to catch all the games! Great hosts, Donna communicated regularly to check on us, and has a great guidebook for the area in the house! Highly recommend this home.

Much needed getaway

We have stayed many times here before and this property every time it is a perfect stay. The house is immaculate and so well appointed. Donna and Brad think of every detail to make you feel like royalty while you are there. There are so many great restaurants and stores close by. We will definitely e back soon!!!!😊

Beautiful property and stay

The property was as expected - beautiful. Lovely pool, lovely BBQ! lovely owners who provided a lovely welcome gift and was in contact in regards to what we needed to do and tips on how to enjoy the property. The waterside is lovely and its true that turtles love the bread! Evenings by the pool and in the hot tub were lovely. close to great stores and not as hectic as Orlando or Tampa in regards to tourists so you get a real feel of Florida. If there was one thing i would change, would be the duration - Longer would have been fantastic. 5 stars. I will be back

Graduation Vacation

We took this trip as a graduation gift for my 2 stepsons. We wanted to make it as memorable as possible because after I lost my 18 year old son a few years ago to a congenital heart defect, making as many memories as possible becomes a crucial part of life. And this house made that possible. Not only is the home absolutely beautiful, the decor is stunning and the amenities were above and beyond what we expected! From big details to the smallest, the owners have definitely put their time, love, and effort into ensuring not only a beautiful experience, but also a home away from home. We can't thank them enough for their hospitality and communication throughout our entire stay! We will definitely be back, sooner rather than later. Bret, Laurie, Antoinette, Carter, and Thomas

Don’t miss out on this gem!

Short version: don’t second guess this property; just book it! Bit longer version: absolutely amazing home right on a canal. Extremely responsive and friendly hosts. Super easy booking and check in process. Forget something? Trust me, they thought of it. Lovely decorated house (super clean!) with a great layout and gorgeous view of the outdoor living space and pool. Access to kayaks and paddle boats. Good fishing and so fun to feed the turtles. Very quiet neighborhood that we took walks through daily. What more can I say other than my group of 9 can’t wait to go back. This was by far our favorite VRBO home and experience ever. Top notch! ❤️

Her favorite name is GaGa...given to her by our only grandchild, Isaac...'Our Pool is as he says,' ISAAC'S POOL' We also have three grown children, and they love to vacation here! We live in Pittsburgh Pa. and yes, our boys are HUGE Steeler & Pirate & Penguin fans.
This home is more than we could have ever imagined...we are so happy that you have visited our home away from home! Our final decision to step out of our comfort zone (we lived in the same neighborhood for 30 plus years) actually came from God....Donna was speaking at a women's conf...and during prayer time....a women told her 'God is giving you a little palace with many rooms!' She knew nothing about me...so we knew ...we were doing HIS will...as we drove to bring our truck load of furniture...the most beautiful and vibrant double rainbow appeared another confirmation....and now...we feel so blessed and want to share our blessing! After living in the same neighborood for most of our married life...our niece encouraged us to come to Cape Coral. After searching with our wonderful Real estate agent, Judy Sylvia...we fell in love with our 'little castle' thus the name 'Bella Palacia' After viewing about 50 homes....once we walked into this home all other homes were compared to this one...until finally we knew this was it. We loved the high ceilings...and the space....the grand opening to the outdoors...and just about everything....except....it was 'Barbie Doll PINK' inside and out....so the very first thing we did was PAINT! http://revtoursnow.com/1825hancockbridgepkwy

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love to sit in the chairs on the pool shelf...and have a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise....and then go to the dock and throw bread...as the fish jump and the turtles come to share in the feast as well as Pelicans...diving...and Ibis...coming to share....but watch out for the Sea Gulls' who try to swipe the bread! Such a beautiful basin view on a fresh water basin/canal.
