Thank you so much for the kind review! We're glad you had a great stay and appreciate you bringing the shower and baking sheet issues to our attention—we’re happy we could address the drain quickly, and we’ll replace that baking sheet with one that fits. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

We very much appreciate feedback, as it helps us make improvements/address issues. Even though the cabins are checked each time they are cleaned, I did a very thorough check of the cabin immediately to address the issues brought up by this guest and found that the ceiling fan in the bathroom did have dust in it, so it was cleaned. I also checked the light switch plates and found them to be clean. The box fan did have dust on the blades, but because they are impossible to clean thoroughly (they do not come apart) so we use them for one summer, throw them away and purchase new ones. This cabin consistently gets 5 star ratings, so I do not believe that the statement, "the cabin was filthy" was an overall fair assessment.
