Alles gut.

Wir waren zu dritt da und hatten alle unser eigenes Schlafzimmer. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool ist groß und Nähe zum Strand ist top! 4 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß! Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Wir kommen wieder!

Stay period: 11-24.3.2018: Overall good experience, there was complex of 4 houses/villas with shared pool. Pool was excellent for our 2 sons ( 3y and 7y), it was cleaned every morning by worker. We staid in bigger villa (number 4) we had 3 bedrooms, one of them was separated so that entrance was from terrace ( not used by us). All rooms were equipped with air cons. Walking distance 15 min to the closest beach Nai Harn, first 500m were not so good and safety because you should walk beside the road. We had rented car for whole period by car it takes only few minutes to reach Nai Harn beach.

I booked the villa for 13 nights with my girlfriend and other 4 friends and everyone is glad about the place. The villa is very pretty, and its location is great to reach the beaches of Rawai, Nai Harn and Ya Nui. The area is quiet and pleasant, the only drawback might be that close to it there is a huge building under construction and then at some time of the day there is some noise. The spaces are simple and amps and full of light. There is everything you need for cooking although we always had lunch outside. The rooms have good conditioners. The swimming pool is really beautiful and well taken care of. Clean every day. The only drawback was to find the sheets for 1 bedroom not clean and with a variety of stains. But we solved replacing them with the change that comes. Towels were rather clean and perfumed. Overall we were very happy and we take into account possible further holidays in Rawai. Thank you

We stayed at this place with my wife and both our mothers in March of 2015. We really liked the location, which is conveniently close to Nai Harn beach (10-15 minute walk), as well as steps away from good massage salons, restaurants, stores, etc. The host, Bruno, was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating with all our requests. We did have a few, as the place did not seem to be very well-prepared to receive guests - some things were not functioning right, there were not enough towels, etc. Also, I the photos are a bit of an over-exaggeration of what the place really is. We did not find beautifully-placed multiple colorful pillows (a couple we found in the closet did not have any covers on them), as well as colorful bed covers. Also, the description does not mention it, but the cleaning service was not included in the price. You have to pay separate to have someone come in an clean. So please beware of that. Overall we still enjoyed the experience, and the host was very pleasant. But we did have several unpleasant surprises during our stay.
