Point Break is a brand-new luxury vacation rental with Southern Exposure in the heart of Naples Park located perfectly close to restaurants, shopping and to both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park. Only 1 Mile to the Beach!

Step inside this extremely spacious, contemporary 4 bedroom plus Office/Den and 3 bathroom house featuring a heated pool and spa, outdoor BBQ along with a tastefully decorated interior with a new modern touch. The island Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge and bar seating for four as well as an adjacent elite glass Dining Table for eight. The Grand Master bedroom features a King Bed with direct pool access and its own Master en-suite bathroom. One Guest Room has another King Bed with an attached bathroom. The entire home is fenced in for complete privacy to give you a peaceful retreat and the perfect setting to watch the sun set over this southern exposure while enjoying the peaceful quiet outdoor area including the stylish heated tile pool, spa, outdoor lounge area, fire pit table and built in BBQ.

A perfect combination of coastal design flowing harmoniously throughout this wonderful vacation rental which is located only 1 mile to Vanderbilt Beach and to the entertainment area of Mercato which features a British Pub, Blue Martini, Cavo Lounge and many more bars and restaurants. Also within just 2 miles are all well-known supermarkets such as Publix, Trader Joes and Walmart and Whole Foods as well as Paragon Cinemas.

You can also enjoy a pristine sunset cocktail or dinner at one of the luxury Beachfront establishments such as the Turtle Club, Baleen at La Playa or the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Last but certainly not least you can enjoy a glass of wine on the spacious outdoor pool Deck as the sun sets.

Greg, Thank you for being our guests and for mentioning the warm pool. We try to have 100% guest satisfaction so what we try to do for all the rentals we manage is to adjust the pool heaters and running times to try to compensate the freezing cold spells. They are rare but we feel our guests should have a warm/hot pool and even though temperatures went down to high 30s / low 40s during the night, we managed to keep the pools in the 80s. Everything about this house was amazing! The location is just 5 minutes from the beach, and the size of the house and rooms was perfect. It’s very well maintained and fully equipped with beach towels, six bicycles, a large cooler, chairs, and umbrellas for the beach. The kitchen, patio, and social areas were spotless and inviting. We truly had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it!"

Proximity to the public beach is great! Pool was smaller than we expected-but for our 4 young kids was perfect and the heater kept it nice and warm! The bedroom layout also was great for our younger kids.

Perfect Family Getaway in Naples

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was the perfect choice. The home was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious—ideal for a relaxing family trip. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful, just 5 minutes from Vanderbilt Beach, which made everything super convenient. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. The house had everything we needed and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

Naples Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this house. Traveled with the family to spend Memorial Day weekend at the beach and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house was beautiful and it had everything we needed and more. It is very close to Vanderbilt beach and it has tons of grocery stores and very nice restaurants nearby. The host was very friendly and even gave us a free late checkout. Highly recommend. Cannot wait to go back.

Great rental

Amazing brand new house, very conveniently located and has everything you need for home away from home. The host is fantastic and went out of his way to accommodate us . Will diffidently stay again.

GREAT EXPERIENCE !

My family & I just got home from staying at this property for a week. We will DEFINITELY be staying again ! Location & amenities of the house were awesome & the property manager was very attentive & helpful !

Excellent

This house is amazing! We had a wonderful stay. The house is so clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed. The bikes and beach gear were great. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house!

Wonderful house!!!

Our stay here was fabulous. This house has everything - spacious rooms, baths, and fully stocked. The pool and spa are just gorgeous. Thomas, the property manager, is great to deal with and will answer any questions you may have ASAP. I fully recommend this house to anyone.

Visit to Naples

This is an amazing property. Initially I booked the stay for 3 days but extended my visit 3 times and ended up staying for 1 month. The home was beautiful and very well equipped for a VRBO. Thomas the property manager was terrific and very responsive and professional. The location was fabulous and overall it was a 5 star experience. Gregg

The furniture for lounging in front of the t.v. was not comfortable. Chairs should be high back and reclining would be much nicer.

Dear Bob, First of all thank you very much for your 5 star review. We are happy that you and your family had an enjoyable stay. I am sorry you didn't find the couches comfortable and would have liked recliners instead. We always ask and refer to our previous guests what they prefer. The majority preferred this sectional type of soft couch where you can cozy up into corners and stretch your feet. Especially with a house that sleeps 12 we need a big lounging couch. High back recliners don't fit enough people unfortunately. We do value your feedback and hopefully we can host you in the future. Happy Easter Thomas

This is one of our favorite properties because we saw the perfect layout in the design of the rooms within the house giving everyone staying their personal space and yet family living room to gather at the same time. With a maximum capacity of 12 people you still have plenty of room for everyone. This is a unique property with so much attention to detail and interior design ranging from the furniture to the paint and amenities. This definitely makes you feel like you are on an instant vacation from the minute you open the door and walk straight out to the pool.
