- BEDS - the villa features a spacious queen bed, queen sofa bed, and a full pull-out bed, providing ample room for up to 6 guests.

- This unit is separate from the main building. You will have to go up several steps to get to Unit # 9.
- There is NO elevator. Stairs ONLY.
- PARKING: Street parking only. Street parking is available, please keep in mind that parking spots may be limited in the downtown area. Our neighbor has a few parking spots available and offers a permit for just $10 a day. Please let us know in advance of your arrival.
- Apartments will be similarly decorated. Colors for curtains and sofas may be different.
- For the pull-out queen bed: Get the mattress cover from the closet and place it on the sofa bed. The rest of the linens are in the closet. Guest can use them.
- FIREPLACE - Please do NOT use it for safety purposes.
- PETS - We welcome your furry friend with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs or replacements.
- Working remotely? No problem! There is a DEDICATED WORKSPACE for you!

We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. Overall, we had a nice stay, quiet and clean. Areas of improvement would be a second shower curtain to keep the water in the tub. Need a set of bowls for serving salads or mixing food. Replace the broken smoke detector that was sitting in the closet on a shelf.

Location excellent, We never received check in instructions in advance and only received a check in code at 4 pm despite being told we would have it at 3 pm. Amenities listed not accurate-no hair dryer, queen sofa bed broken(we reported it), light on outside porch broken, not enough kitchen supplies-2 coffee cups, nothing for baking like a cookie sheet

The decor, the space, and the amenities were really nice. I would definitely stay again. The property is the left of the main building, that wasn't explained exactly in the directions so it took me a while to find it cause there's other units out back. The shower curtain was nasty but otherwise it was clean. There was no remote for the bedroom fan so you couldn't have the ceiling light on without the fan (the remote for the office fan didn't work on it, I tried). You couldn't get across the bedroom without crawling over the bed which got annoying. If I had my shoes on I had to walk all the way around the house. I don't know why they don't turn the bed the other way around so you have plenty of space in the bedroom? All in all though these were minor, and I would happily stay here again. It was very cute and the living room was stocked with games and a nice TV
