Cabin Surplombant l'Ă©tang Berry

Douze cents le pied carrĂ© climatisĂ© maison conçue sur mesure. PerchĂ© sur une crĂȘte au-dessus Berry Étang avec deux cents pieds de la rive avant. Un canot est prĂȘt Ă  l'emploi sur le quai dans les mois les plus chauds. En hiver, l'Ă©tang fait pour la grande patinoire et la promenade Ă  l'Ă©tang devient une colline de traĂźneau parfait. Un canapĂ© taille double futon et un pli sur la taille double canapĂ© dans la salle de soleil permettent Ă  la maison pour dormir confortablement quatre. Il est un quart de mile Ă  pied de la bibliothĂšque de la ville et de la Old Country Store, qui a Ă©tĂ© en opĂ©ration continue depuis 1 781.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home for a wedding in the area. The check in process was very easy, and the home was very comfortable and cozy. We especially enjoyed eating in the room off the kitchen with a large picture window which allowed us a wonderful view of the pond. When we had a question, the host responded very quickly. A perfect spot for our weekend away.

Perfect location

Close to the Castle in the Clouds where we attended a wedding. Super clean and inviting.the owner is really nice and we felt very safe here.We enjoyed taking the canoe out and catching a few fish.

Peaceful Privacy

Great location for hiking, biking, and even attending a concert in Gilford! The house was spacious, clean, bright, and well stocked to eat in. We enjoyed the dock for morning coffee and happy hour - take the canoe or kayak out for a sunset paddle!

Comfortable, relaxing getaway for the holiday

This was a great place to stay, while trying to be closer to family for thanksgiving. The views were beautiful through the large windows. It was comfortable and private for 3 adults and one toddler. All the necessities were available and the check in process went smoothly. Would stay here again to be able to enjoy the pond.

Nice spot on Berry Pond

Great house with everything you need, a short walk to Berry Pond with kayaks and a paddle boat. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the owner Pete was prompt and courteous. Lake winnipesaukee and points of interest not far, would definitely recommend!

Comfortable, pleasant stay!

We loved our 2 night say at this property on Berry Pond. It is a cute home, set back from the road, quiet and comfortable. The couches and beds were very great and the AC cranked. The house was spotless. We enjoyed a pedal boat ride around the pond and the fire pit. Highly recommend!

Great location! Lots of relaxation!

We had the best time during our stay - not only is the property in a fantastic location (only 5 min away from family and very close to Lake Winnie!), but the house itself is incredibly nice. Full of cottage charm and great amenities, the house was perfect for our family. The layout of the house was also super convenient - my husband and I could hang out in the living area while our toddler slept in the main bedroom. Loved that there was an electric keyboard and a separate breakfast nook area, too. Also convenient to have laundry in the house! The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed.The house is just a few minutes walk to a fantastic library, a small cafe, and the country store, too. And most of all, Pete was a fantastic host!Cannot wait to stay again!

On Berry Pond

The house and property were absolutely beautiful! We canoed and kayaked on the pond. We were located near Lake Winnipesaukee, so we could attend many various activities. Such a wonderful vacation!! Thank you, Pete. You were especially hospitable.

Lovely home in great location

The house is very clean and has a nice big yard w fire pit, the trails down to the pond are fun for everyone. the dock, and the canoe and kayaks are a great addition. The pond is beautiful ! Pete is so helpful and available its a pleasure dealing w him. Very impressed!

Fantastic Property and Amenities!

My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with this lovely home on a beautiful and intimate lake! We enjoyed using the included paddle board and kayak. The fishing off of the dock was great and we made wonderful memories around the fire pit and cooking on the grill! The home owner is very kind, professional, accommodating and replied to me quickly with any questions or concerns I had. We don’t have enough good things to say and would highly recommend staying here should your travels bring you to this lovely area!

Comfortable stay for two adults , a toddler and baby. Great quiet location with beautiful views . We enjoyed our morning coffee with views of the pond and our little hike to get a closer look. The place is very clean and feels like home away from home.

Clean, bright, and cozy

My husband, our son, his fiancée, and I stayed for two nights. We all live out of state and were in Moultonboro for a family member's wedding. The place was perfect for us. Our son was very comfortable in the porch bedroom. The living room was large with plenty of seating for other family who stopped by. We made good use of the game room! We enthusiastically recommend this for a clean, bright, comfortable stay. We'd love to return.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This is a quaint house on 3 acres situated near where I live. It was a perfect place for me to rehab while still being 'home' for the kids. It has been fun restoring some of the house's mid-century character.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The house is in the woods with a view of the pond, yet within 300 yards of the Old Country Store and the town library. The driveway is about a 2/10's of a mile long providing the perfect combination of solitude and pedestrian access to Moultonboro Village.
