Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath Lake House is located on Curtis Lane (named after our Grandfather), a small road in a secluded area of Moultonborough Neck (the heart of Lake Winnipesaukee). The Options Are Unlimited! Cruise on the MV Mt Washington, on your own Boat or on a locally-Rented Boat, Waverunner or Kayak; Attend a Nascar Race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway; Bargain Shop at the North Conway/Tilton Outlet Malls; visit Prescott Park in Portsmouth, Storyland or Water Country; play Mini-Golf, Bowl or drive Go-Carts at Funspot; ride the Water Slide at Weirs Beach; see a Movie in Gilford or a Live Concert at Bank of NH Pavilion or at a Village Gazebo in Wolfeboro/Alton Bay. The home is well-equipped and features spectacular views of the lake and mountains. A large deck runs the length of the house, facing the lake. The three bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 people (one with two queen beds, one with two with two twin beds and one with a queen bed). The dock is ideal for up to a 22ft boat and is easily accessible via the terraced stairs from the house. The house is 100% wheelchair accessible.

We have so many memories of great family times together. We rent our property in order to be able to preserve this asset in our family.
What makes this property unique
There is nothing more special then the feeling of being waterfront and enjoy the amazing nature that surrounds us. We enjoy watersports, relaxing on our decks or hanging on our swim platform. At night time we go out and enjoy one of the great dining places around, go to the movies or just check out some of the neat local spots like Weirs beach.
