Ceci est une occasion unique de location dans le coeur de la belle rĂ©gion de Monadnock. La ferme du 18Ăšme siĂšcle maison / rĂ©sidence est situĂ©e sur la magnifique Zephyr lac. Le front de mer de 600 pi. Assure la vie privĂ©e pour la baignade et de dĂ©tente sur la terrasse meublĂ©e. Grand manger dans la cuisine, salle Ă  manger complĂšte, grand salon avec coin salon, salle familiale, quatre chambres doubles, deux salles de bain complĂštes, laveuse / sĂ©cheuse. 8 personnes. DĂ©tendez-vous au bord du lac ou faire une promenade Ă  proximitĂ©. Pour un peu plus d'un dĂ©fi Mt Monadnock est proche pour les amateurs d'escalade. À proximitĂ© Crotched Mountain et Mount Sunapee est parfait pour le ski en hiver et de la randonnĂ©e en Ă©tĂ©.

La Maison Rouge est un court trajet en voiture panoramique de la pittoresque Peterborough une belle, ville typique de la Nouvelle Angleterre offrant boutiques pittoresques, des restaurants, et le théùtre. En été, il ya des joueurs de Peterborough, Monadnock Musique, et de nombreux autres événements culturels.

My family had a great time with our stay at this quaint home. Very clean and comfortable. The home had everything we needed. Went swimming, kayaking,hiking, enjoyed the screen porch, visited nearby towns and did some shopping. Already plan on going back next year.

Charming Comfortable Farmhouse

My family and I loved spending time in this charming old house. My grandkids spent the week at a day camp. We liked hanging out on the porch and on the dock. It was a very hot week, but the fans helped make it bearable. It was a great location for us.

House was clean, though the kitchen was chaotic. Having to take our trash with us when we left was inconvenient, given that our stay ended on a holiday and the dump was not open.The host was exceptional at communicating with us. The first night we smelled propane near the back door, and the host had a tech come out and ensure it was safe. forewarning of this smell would have been nice, though we did not notice it the rest of the trip.

Wonderful!

Like staying in grandmas summer lake house! A group of four teachers stayed here while attending a summer conference nearby. We especially loved the screen porch and relaxing on the lake after a long day!

Roomy and comfortable

The house is old and very charming, yet very comfortable. We spent the week swimming, kayaking, and hiking in the area, then unwound on the screen porch. We would definitely stay there again.

Idyllic and restful

We had a lovely visit in this historic home on a beautiful lake. We sat on the screened-in porch, slept comfortably in the bedrooms and took the kayaks out for calm morning and evening paddles.

Cabin Farmhouse

The best way to describe this place is a Cabin Farmhouse. The look and feel of this house is colonial all the way to 1950s, everything is old but that's the point. The Deck on the lake is great.

Great farmhouse with private dock

What a wonderful stay at the red farmhouse. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and walking down to the lake and fishing from their dock. My husband and son even used the kayaks a few times. The lack of AC was only an issue on the first night and then we were blessed with some rainstorms that cooled it down. Would stay again!

Lovely Relaxing Stay

We wanted a ‘Chill’ trip after a rough year and this fit the bill perfectly. We spent the days on the dock reading or Kayaking and the nights on the screened in porch coloring, games and just having an old fashion family time with to technology. There are lots of hiking trails in the area and Peterborough is less than 15 minute drive for shopping and restaurants. The house is huge and rooms comfortable. Checking in was a snap as was the checkout process.

NO AC. The listing doesn't claim there is AC, so it's my own fault, but that was a downside during our stay. Otherwise it's a decent place. Private access to the the lake was great

Large beautiful home

This home was in a great location close to Peterborough and Greenfield State Park. It was very comfortable for 6 of us. We especially loved the screened in porch and spent a lot of time there. The house itself was very clean, but we did have to wash a few of the cups and dishes as they were not totally clean. Someone else commented in their remarks on the street noise but that did not bother us as we were using the fans available in our rooms to stay cool at night. We would definitely go back again! Thank you!

Great stay

We were in town visiting family in Lyndeborough and needed a place to stay that slept 7 people. This wasn't easy to find, but this house fit the bill! We were all able to have a great visit and it was only a 15 minute drive to our family's house. The house is very old and filled with old furniture and antiques so there is a musty smell, but that is to be expected. The view from the dock is lovely and the fall colors were spectacular. We were surprised to have to remove the trash from the home upon check out. I don't recall seeing that in the listing, so if it was there, my bad. We were traveling from Michigan to the airport and had no where to take it. The recommended facility was not open on Mondays. Would be good to know that in advance of booking. All in all, we'd stay there again.
