Nestled in mature Key West tropical 🏝️ trees and flowers on almost a 1/2 acre.
The house is minutes from Siesta Key, voted the #1 beach in the U.S.

Fully stocked kitchen!! Convection oven perfect for baking bread? Or maybe the blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night’s sleep.
If youre bringing a pet please disclose size and breed. We only accept non aggressive breed dogs. G$75 fee per pet
Low cleaning fee and no check out chores, so you can relax on your vacation. Few reminders : No RVs, boats or box trucks permitted bc of low hanging power wires. The garage is not for rent. All children and pets must be actively monitored in the yard at all times. Have a great stay.

Excellent Host, Excellent Location
Lisa was a fantastic host. When she found out my family of 4 was coming and liked to fish, she ensured there were four rod and reels ready for use. She also provided four beach chairs, coolers, and a few beach items to use at the beach. BIG help in that we didn't bring ANY of those things with us on the plane. The property was exactly as advertised. All appliances, plumbing, and electronics in the property worked as expected.. We didn't have an opportunity to enjoy the lit up backyard area, grill, or fire pit as we were off enjoying the city all day and night, but they looked exceptional. The property is, literally, one left turn and a couple blocks away from the #1 Beach (Siesta Key) in the U.S.A. Five stars on our stay. Looking forward to coming back.

The manager of this adorable property has gone above and beyond to make our stay extremely comfortable. We are longtime Sarasota residents and would choose this charmer for any future stay-cations.
