Amazing rental

We love this place. Right across the street from the beach, and the deck has a 270* view which is just awesome. Everything is very clean, communication from the owner was excellent and fast, and we had an amazing vacation.

One of the best on VRBO! I really appreciate the attention to detail, location, communication, cleanliness and did I say location (beachfront, amazing views, fairly quiet neighborhood, ample parking). Highly recommend!

Spacious, clean property in amazing location.

Had a great time staying at this property! Communication before checkin was helpful and provided clear instructions. The location is amazing with a view of the beach from the large deck, living room and one of the bedrooms. Would definitely recommend this property for Ortley Beach / Lavallette area.

Truly relaxing getaway

This was our second time in this house and we love it so much that we are planning to make it an annual tradition. The house is right across from the beach, comfortably furnished, clean and well maintained.

Great location!

The condo was just what we needed for a weekend getaway at the beach! Rosemary was very easy to communicate with. The location could not have been better! Across the street from the beach with beautiful views!

Perfect week at the beach

My family loved our weeklong trip. The house is in a perfect location right by the showers coming off the beach. It was nearby lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and bakery’s. The house was very clean and updated. My favorite part was sitting on the deck or inside in the living room and looking out right onto the ocean. I would definitely recommend!

Great view, clean and all appointments are new and in excellent condition. Close walk to boardwalk and lots of shops, but far enough away you can escape the noise and enjoy the peace of the ocean.

Start of Summer Getaway

Close to beach, boardwalk and Acme grocery. Steps from beautiful Ortley Beach. We had everything we needed. Might want to bring games for a rainy day and foil.

Wonderful week

Wonderful place, clean, roomy, most necessities. Location amazing. Recommend couple minor things, games, sealable storage containers, and the biggest was pictures need updated as you do not see the beAch from upstairs unit. Owner was very responsive!

Summer beach vacation

7 days of rest and relaxation on beach front property. Family and significant other, all enjoyed. Location was great, amenities were good, supplies good and grill and other needs met. Little decline in cleanliness, but host did respond well and had available tools to clean. Was responsive. So would go back if things work out.

2nd Stay

This was our second stay at this location and it is truly wonderful! The weather wasn’t perfect but there was still a ton to do. It’s walking distance to the boardwalk, mini golf, and bagels in the morning. Wednesday nights walk down to the beach and see the fireworks. It’s right across the street! Our grill ran out of propane and Rosemary answered immediately telling us where to get another tank in the shed. Great stay, great location, and we’ll be back!

Amazing getaway, just what we needed

The location is perfect. You can see the water from the deck. There are beautiful wildflowers planted in front of the boardwark. The property was very clean and organized. Communication from the property manager was excellent. Instructions were very clear. Everything worked as expected. There were no problems or surprises. It was the perfect getaway for our family at a very important time. Thank you!!

Loved Ortley

Can't say enough about this rental. Can't beat the location directly across from the beach. Can't beat the ocean view not only from the 2nd floor deck but also from your living room! Beds were comfy, great shower. Worth it to take the linen package. Couldn't have asked for anything more except better weather. Minutes away from the Boardwalk and from tons of restaurants. Enjoyed Xina's in Toms River and lobster at the Crab's Claw and Lenny's Pizza. Rosemary was always available and responded to questions in a timely manner.

Walk across the street to the beach! Very comfortable, clean, relaxing.

Loved walking across the street to the beach and not having to bring everything from down the street. Easy to come in for lunch. Unit was new and well designed. TV's in two bedrooms with queen beds, as well as living room. Netflix access. Free WiFi. Grill at ground level for each unit. Convenient washer and dryer room in the hallway of the unit. We paid extra for sheets and towels - nice to not have to bring those with us. Family below us reported that they did not hear us above them. Day trips to Cape May and to Philly /Barnes Museum. Upstairs unit patio is not covered but we opened the umbrella in the table and it was very pleasant. (Downstairs unit patio was covered but view of water was not as good). I would definitely stay there again.

Perfection at Ortley Beach

We were a party of four adults sharing this lovely property at the beach on the 2nd floor. There wasn't a thing we wished were better; Rosemary thought of and stocked everything we could need. The location was perfect, an easy walk or drive to restaurants and shopping, reasonable distance to Seaside Heights, the boardwalk and arcades to visit. I was concerned the street w/beach parking in front might be a bit noisy but it wasn't at all, very quiet and relaxing at our home away from home. We rented the towel/linen package from the owner which included complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, all at a reasonable price. Beds were comfortable, a/c worked perfectly, convenience of a full-size washer/dryer in the unit too. We all loved sitting on the deck looking at the beach after we'd had too much sun or dined al fresco enjoying the view. There are plenty of comfortable patio chairs and the table will accommodate an umbrella for shade if you need it. This home is 1yr old, built post-Hurricane Sandy so has all the modern amenities, none of the 'beach funky' just comfortable and CLEAN. We are unanimous with our 5* recommendation and will be repeat guests should we return to the NJ shore. Great stay and thank you!

Second year in a row nice spot!

Rosemary is great to work with and responds promptly to any need! Beach is close by! Both times we were there we did have trouble with access directly across the street from the house because of beach washout/rebuilding but it was a quick walk or drive just down the street to an open beach! Beautiful views right off the porch to see the ocean and sunset! Property is very clean and well maintained! Great for families.

Perfect stay

This place is a gem! Clean, comfortable and stocked with what you need to cook. And very convenient with just a few steps away to the beach. Rosemary was easy to get a hold of. We will be booking again!
