The condo was just as expected. It had everything we needed. We had an issue with the washer/dryer combo- mostly bc it’s more complicated than we are used to. We would/will stay again in the future and recommend it to others.

It was a nice little property but not quite as advertised. “On the water” to me means on a river, lake, etc. This was on a small pond or drainage area. Unit was very small but very cute. Needed a little maintenance.

It is an absolute delight to find a comfy king size bed in a VRBO! This cozy place had everything we needed for a short stay. They have thought of everything! We found it very clean and the communication with the owner was excellent. The ac unit is loud but it didn't bother us. We would definitely stay here again when visiting NewBern.

Enjoyable stay

The room was well maintained and clean. The Fairfield Harbour community is a few miles from New Bern and required a drive to restaurants and stores. The setting was great as the room overlooked a pond with plenty of wild life to watch. We enjoyed our stay and New Bern.
