Enjoy this fully furnished and updated first floor beach condo with direct intercoastal water views. Both bedrooms include a comfortable king size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. Main bedroom includes a 42" flat screen TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, equipment, features granite countertops and has stainless-steel appliances. Ample seating is available around the oversized granite kitchen island and adjacent dining room. Living room includes sofa with chaise, swivel recliner and 50" Smart TV. Patio sliders open to a screened-in patio with vinyl windows for added privacy and beautiful intercoastal waterway views.
Bay Mariner community offers heated pool & spa with loungers, table & chairs, exercise room, shuffleboard and steam rooms. Beach access is just across the street, and you can walk to many shops and restaurants. Coin operated laundry room on each floor of the building and just steps away from condo.
No Smoking and No Pets. Includes water-sewer- trash, cable and internet.
