The Space:

Admire amazing water views from this beautifully appointed condo. You’ll love the Holiday Villas III complex - a family-friendly getaway on soft white sands. Relax by the heated pool after a dip in the emerald waters of the Gulf!



Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.



Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and all you need for home-cooked meals. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your primary suite.

THINGS TO KNOW



Due to Hurricane Helene and Milton: The building has power, cable/wifi, water and the beaches are open. Until further, there is no longer have any ground floor amenities. That includes shuffleboard and BBQ area. There will be active construction, so please except to experience construction noise. Parking adjustments will be made depending on where the workers are. Public parking is nearby. You have the free lot across the street to the right inside the white picket fence.



The pool is unavailable Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, but is open for use after 4pm & all day on Saturdays & Sundays. The pool deck is available to lay out during closure hours, but the pool is not open for use. Improvements are expected to be completed in April.

We had a last minute trio to St Pete area and found this condo online. Had to extend it after we booked and they replied instantly to accommodate us. Beautiful condo with a wonderful view of the Intra Coastal Waterway. It was a sad trip for our family, but this condo made us feel like we were at home and at peace.

The place is excellent they have all you need. Only thing I can say is the wifi and television didn’t work as the breaker was off, I’d advise against having guests play with the electrical box.

Nice Lil' Spot

Over all the property was pretty decent. There were a few thing that needed some attention. For example: broken lamp in one bedroom an the sliding glass door did not lock. Other than that, Nice Lil' Spot!.

Spring break

Really liked the location. The condo was very nice. Clean, updated and spacious. Water pressure in master bathroom was horrible. The master bed was like sleeping on plywood. The elevator situation was less than desirable. One elevator for the whole building is not practical. Wait times were ridiculous. The parking was across the street and unloading when everyone is arriving is impossible. Beach was amazing! Would stay in this building again only on the beach side.

Great stay in Indian Shores!

Our family had a great stay in this property. Overall the condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The size of condo was great for a family of 4, our girls very much appreciated the 2nd bedroom having two beds. Though we did not need to use them, appreciated the availability of travel toiletries in the bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. Location on the beach was great. The pool was great, plenty of room swim and sit. Access to a private dock across the street was wonderful for fishing, my youngest made good friends with a pelican who watched over her fishing line :-). No issues with parking across the street, dedicated crosswalk was wonderful. Very spacious balcony where we caught great sunrise views, boat watching and dolphin spotting in the intercoastal. A couple of minor critiques: The master bed room bed, while a great size, the mattress was uncomfortable. Water pressure in the master bathroom was very low, though the water pressure in the hallway bathroom was fine. Minor frustration with folks illegally parking in this parking lot as it made it difficult to maneuver in an out of this spot assigned for this unit. If you are looking for a place that is a quick walk to restaurants or shopping, this isn't really it. The closest thing is a 15-20 min walk, though there is a very convenient trolley stop right outside the property which we used often! Overall a wonderful stay and we would recommend to others!

The location of this property was perfect close to restaurants and right on the beach. The overall space was good. Nice rooms and kitchen with a large balcony. There were a few issues. All the dishes were dirty had to be washed before each use and some of the pans and baking pans were in unusable condition. The cooking utensils were poor quality and not well stocked...no measuring cups for example. The second bedroom closet doors were off the track, the ceiling light in second bedroom didn't work, there was a bulb out in the master bathroom making it very dim and a side lamp in the bedroom that was also not working. The beach chairs were old and should be replaced. Also there was construction being done during the day resulting in closure of the pool area until 4pm daily. We were notified of the construction taking place but only two weeks prior to our arrival. We were able to message Casago to notify them of the dirty dishes, the unusable pans, the closet door and the light bulb issues. They quickly sent someone out to fix the issues, brought brand new pans with them and refunded our cleaning fees. So all in all it was ok. But just ok. We come to Florida every year and this was our least favorite condo and we have definitely stayed in nicer places for the same money. We would not stay here again.
