Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom/2bath, 3rd floor condo (with elevator) located in Tarpon Bay community. Condo has all new flooring, and all new furniture and decor. The kitchen has updated counter tops and appliances with a gas cooktop. This condo does supply basic cooking utensils and cookware. The living room has a 75" Smart TV and 1 bedroom has a 55" SmartTV. BRING YOUR CLOTHES AND THATS IT. TURNKEY. 1 covered parking space.

This unit is very close to the clubhouse!

Tarpon Bay has a stunning clubhouse with a resort style infinity edge pool, hot tub, BBQ Grills with a fitness center, pickleball, fishing pier, clay tennis courts, beach volleyball, and basketball. The community center has a business center, billiards room and card room. Conveniently located near shopping (walking distance), restaurants, I-75, and just a short drive to Naples' gorgeous beaches, this one has it all!

No smoking allowed in unit. Registration and background check required and cleaning fee.

Had a wonderful stay. Condo is beautiful and comfortable. Colten was a pleasure to work with, provided clear instructions and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Perfect

This is the best VRBO I have stayed in throughout the Naples/Bonita area. The owners put care into the smallest of details, which made a big difference. For instance, the appliances are top notch. The ceiling fans are fantastic, and A/C was great. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked, especially liked the amazing coffee maker/Keurig. The unit is comfortable and immaculate. Since the condo is recently remodeled, everything smelled and looked brand new which created a very clean and bright feel. The bedding is incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms are stocked with plenty of linens. We hardly had to buy anything because the kitchen and bathroom were loaded. Trash bags, cleaning supplies, high quality bedding and linens, ziplocks and picnic supplies made this home so convenient and relaxing in every way. The home is perfectly located in relation to dining, beach and shopping, as well as a great location within the community; steps away from the clubhouse, workout facility,tennis, pickleball and basketball courts and pool. All of these factors created such an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!

Well-kept and decorated condo in a very nice gated community. Covered parking spot and access to a storage closet. The owner Colten was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful community pool. The community also had tennis courts with portable pickleball nets and a bball hoop; small playground. Easy 15 minute drive to Vanderbilt beach.
