Las Mareas 21 est un deux chambres, une salles de bain maison qui pourra accueillir 4 personnes. Ce est un lot de la plage. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et la deuxiĂšme chambre a deux jumeaux. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e comprenant un mixeur, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetiĂšre et table Ă  manger pour six. Il ya trois fenĂȘtres unitĂ©s AC et radiateurs. L'Ă©tablissement propose Ă©galement un excellent accĂšs Ă  la plage, TV-Monitor / magnĂ©toscope, radio, lecteur CD, lecteur de cassettes, barbecue Ă  charbon, une terrasse couverte avec mobilier de jardin et une vue magnifique sur la mer de Cortez. The house is in a great location. It's very dated but well equipped.The King mattress feels about as dated as the house- a new firmer one would be most welcomed- it's super soft/sinking. The beach in front of the house has a lot of rocks during low tide. The host & management co (Oceano Rentals) were top notch, responsive communicators & provided excellent, above & beyond customer service.

Had a great stay. Plenty of beach time, comfortable home. It’s only about 1/2 block from a beach, great views from the deck and patio.

Cozy and convenient!

Loved this house! So quiet and cozy with so many windows to view the scenery. The place was cool and clean, and being so close to the beach was wonderful and convenient! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful house

The property had everything we needed for a weekend get away. Close to the beach and nice neighborhood. Hot water and Cold water were marked backwards on the shower, but not hard to figure out.

Quaint and comfortable with plenty of space to cook, relax, sit and chat or out on the patio for sunsets and barbecuing. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities. You can see the sea from the windows and lovely sunsets and shorebirds. The beach is wonderful with lots of seashells, birds, snorkeling and fishing.

Casa de playa necesita reformas y fumigacion

La primera impresion buena,cerca de la playa y la verdad todo muy limpio.Pero la casa es antigua y necesita reformas,los aires acondicionados antiguos,pegados a la pared y hacian mucho ruido sobre todo el del salon asi que por la noche lo teniamos que apagar.En la habitacion donde estuve con mi mujer hacia mucho calor aun con el aire puesto y por la noche lo apagabamos porque hacia mucho ruido. En el segundo dia encontramos cucarachas que salian de un pequeño agujero en la pared donde estaba la ducha.Algunas eran pequeñas pero otra que tuve que matar era grande y estaba en la entrada de mi habitacion (tengo fotos y testigos).La solucion que nos dieron en la agencia Ocean fue que limpiaron el baño y echaron algun pesticida,cosa que no funciono porque seguian cucarachas pequeñas. Otra cosa fue el acceso a la casa,tienen unas escaleras que dan a la calle/carretera/camino para la playa pero estan separadas debido a un desnivel producido por el agua de lluvia o algo asi,por lo que una persona mayor no puede entrar por ahi.En el lateral de la casa que es donde aparcabamos el coche lo mismo. El terreno estaba casi imposible para entrar debido al desnivel/canal que habia,la suerte fue que teniamos un coche familiar 4x4 y era bastante alto pero un turismo normal imposible de entrar con el. Espero que la gente se lo piense 2 veces antes de alquilar esta propiedad.Por no hablar del dueño de la agencia Ocean y los trabajadores alli.

Great Home by the Beach

We loved the down-home charm of this property. It was clean, comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfy the bathroom was nice. We loved the outdoor patio and views of the sea while barbecuing and enjoying coffee and drinks. The house is a quick drive to plenty of amenities including gas station, grocery, hardware store and everything else you might need from town. The beach was beautiful and the access was very easy by a two minute walk to the water.

Although it no longer has vhs as described they do have Blu-ray and cable so that was nice! All kitchen stuff was available but needed trash bags and dish cloth also more more wash cloths. They did provide fans and heaters so I was happy! Basically get your own beach to relax. Would most definitely stay here again!

Rocky Point Oceano rental

Quite relaxing and a good opportunity to turn off the electronics for awhile and slow down. The rental was fine and we had everything we needed. We tried to buy a dust pan for it but were unable to find one on our brief excursions to town. We would recommend this to our friends and would rent again inn the future.
