Spacious, good location, but...

The house is spacious and centrally located. It is on a busy street so it is a bit noisy (car, trucks and pedestrian traffic. The house shakes when a bus or truck drives by.) It is mostly well appointed (don't expect any extras like beach towels, chairs or umbrellas, extra toilet paper or paper towels). The house offers minimum cleaning, (expect to scrub the bathrooms and wash the linens yourself) and the a/c must remain at a constant 70 degrees all the time, (which is closely monitored by the owner)

Beautiful clean and conveniently located!

The rental was just how it appears in the photos! Clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped! The location made exploring downtown by foot easy! We will want to stay here again!

Lovely property in the middle of everything!!!

Beautiful home, well appointed, next door to Provincetown Brewery on Bradford Street. Spacious and an individual parking spot right in front of the unit. CVS just across the street and the monument just down the block !!!

Spacious condo which is larger than many homes

Extra spacious and beautifully decorated condo in a great location. Two bedrooms and two baths affords privacy for couples or friends traveling together. The 141 Market adjacent to the unit is ultra convenient. Dan and John are great hosts and I look forward to renting from them again.

A perfect stay!

House is extremely well appointed with just about anything you would need while there. Comfortable beds, lots of storage, and a convenience to everything. Only experienced the best customer:guest service from our host when I communicated a concern at checkin. Dan was quick to respond and was professional, yet personal at all times. Highly recommend for anyone looking in P’town! Cannot wait to come back!!!

Above our expectations

Our stay was for 5 nights. We wanted a home away from home where we could make dinner, have my son and his partner over, play games and hangout. We also wanted a place where we could walk to everything. This condo was all this and more! The VRBO title for the property is very accurate It is very spacious, bright, and the location is perfect for a visit of any kind to Ptown. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs are equally nice and are separated by the staircase which adds a nice touch of privacy. My husband and I took my mother along and she felt like she had her own private space. The condo would work great for two couples who want to share accommodations for a visit to Ptown. The dining room, living room and Kitchen are all really nice size spaces. They are actually bigger in real life. We are pretty picky about where we stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. Lastly, the owner was very easy to deal with. Check in and check out… no issues… easy! This condo made for a great stay.

Will definitely return!

This property is just amazing. Location is a 10/10. I loved enjoying morning coffee on the porch in the morning watching the sunrise. The property was clean and organized. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishware and cookware as well. The property manager / owner was responsive and helpful. Will definitely return to this property.

Terrific property in a great location

Our party of four adults really enjoyed staying at this P-Town rental. The condo was quite large, attractively furnished and well equipped. We really liked the layout with large kitchen, dining and living rooms plus 1/2 bath on the first floor. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor were positioned at opposite sides of the home for optimal privacy. The central air conditioning ensured around-the-clock comfort. Owners were very responsive to inquiries. The location can't be beat just one block off the center of Commercial Street, an easy walk from the ferry, and close to everything. Added bonus is the 141 Bradford natural market next door, convenience store next to that, bicycle rental across the street, and two blocks to Farland Provisions for great breakfast sandwiches, and other goodies. We've been traveling to P-Town almost every year for over 15 years and would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Perfection!

Clean, comfy, and convenient. No need to rent a car. We rode bikes (rented from across the street), and walked everywhere. So many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. We hope to return and would absolutely stay in the same place again. Highly recommend!

Truly Home Away From Home

My partner & I loved our stay at the condo. It was so spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We couldn't have been more comfortable, felt so at home, and wished we had more time there. The location was great, very close to the center of town, yet far enough away from the hustle & bustle. Thank you for making our stay so great!

Location! Location! Location!

You can not beat the location of this property! Easy walk to Commercial Street and the Pier, not to mention the Provincetown Brewing Company, which is right next door! Everything was exactly as advertised was stocked with everything we needed. Dan was super easy to work with and responded to our questions right away!

Def a Treat During Spooky Bear

We expected the property to be well-appointed based on the profile pics, but the reality was still pleasantly surprising. The hosts were also promptly responsive to any questions, and accommodating of our requests. Thanks again to Dan and his partner for being gracious hosts to us during our stay. This lovely home was definitely a treat during Spooky Bear weekend!

Beautiful space and great location

The location of the condo could not be beat. It was a quick few block walk to Commercial Street and all it has to offer, but being just off on Bradford made for an overall more enjoyable experience. The condo is large, well-stocked with everything one would need, and very well maintained. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Overall, wonderful property.

Great location. Hosts did everything well. Great layout of the house. The only single concern is how dirty the bathroom floors and shower tile have become over time (this is my 3rd visit to this great property). A very deep cleaning and perhaps a refresh to both the main bathrooms, would be awesome. Again, we enjoyed the property very much overall. Thanks.
