Open the door and enjoy the ocean view and Sea Breeze! This condo is located 1/2 block west of historic Highway A1A. Grab your cup of coffee and walk half a block to the boardwalk to watch the ocean view sunrise. Walk to the beach, the historic Flagler Beach Pier, and many restaurants and shops. This is the ideal location to be in the heart of Flagler Beach!

The condo sleeps up to 4, with the living room queen-size sleeper sofa. See the ocean from both the front door and the back balcony. The updated kitchen includes all the essentials.

*One designated parking spot. There is plenty of free parking right across the street.
*Beach towels provided
*Sorry but furry friends are not permitted in this unit.
*Please Note there are stairs to this unit.
*The condo building is immediately behind Tortuga‘s Bar and Grill, which offers food, drinks, and frequently live music. Their fire pit is a great place for a nightcap.
-Pest control service occurs on the 2nd Thursday of the month. This service can not be denied by vacationers.

Beach Stay

This property is in the perfect location to walk the boardwalk or beach, shop, and eat at many restaurants. The property is accurately described. It has everything you need to enjoy one night or several months.

Great vacation location

You are so close to the beach, restaurants, and shops all within waking distance. The listing was exactly as described. Great communication with property manager and she checked in with me to see how things were going. Very happy with everything.

It’s the best little place to stay! Location is perfect. Everything was amazing. Needed nothing. Absolutely recommend! We stayed a week. We will need it again in November!! Look no further.

Unit had a nice location to the beach. Bed mattress has a lot to be desired as well as the couch that’s about 6 inches off the ground. Kitchen was nicely furnished and clean as well as the appliances. Bathroom is seriously due for remodeling. Towels were sour smelling, thankfully unit was furnished with beach towels which we were able to use. Community neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. All in all it was a nice trip for the price and would stay again.

We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear you found the kitchen well-equipped and the community welcoming. While the bathroom is due for a future update, this is reflected in our pricing, which is typically under $100 per night for the area. We also followed up after your first night and offered to bring fresh towels when mentioned, but that offer was declined. We always aim to address any concerns promptly and would be happy to host you again.

Flagler Beach is one of Florida's best kept secrets. It is a bit of 'Old Florida' at its very best. Vacationers enjoy the laid back atmosphere and 'local' feel of our town. Visit the First Friday celebrations in Veterans Park, biking, fishing and world class golf. There is plenty to do every month of the year.
