This is not a party house. Fee will be charged for any damages to property. Quiet Hours Between 10.00pm - 7:00am No more than 4 occupants in the apartment at any point in time. Guest will respect all community guidelines posted in the apartment. If any items in the apartment are lost, stolen or damaged the guest will be required to pay for the replacement and repair of item. This includes a $250 charge for lost, stolen or damaged Keys/Key Fob/garage door opener. Please use the bathroom toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) but do not take them with you! We want you to feel at home. Fee will be charged for the full replacement value of any items removed from the home. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the premises and will result in a $1000 fee plus any additional cleaning/restoration costs incurred. Drug use on the property is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the local authorities. Guest must notify the host 24hrs. Please notify hose in advance if you plan on checking out late, and will only be accommodated if there is availability the next morning. Failure to notify the host will result in a $100 late checkout fee. Late checkout is typically not available. Guests can park two cars in parking area, other guest must street park. Failure to follow parking guidelines may result in the towing of your car and the Host is not liable for any towing costs or damages incurred while towing occurs.
