This was a nice cozy spot - exactly what we needed for a long holiday weekend. Miguel quickly responded to our question and it was immediately taken care of. Easy parking. We appreciated that it was a very clean condo for our family to use. Thank you so much.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the property. I was slightly disappointed with the fact that there was no windows at all inside the apartment but the decor and vibe definitely made up for it.

We had a great stay overall and Miguel was an awesome host. He was extremely helpful with recommendations for local spots, which we really appreciated since it was our first time visiting the Houston area. The check-in process was seamless and the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. It also stayed nice and cool despite the hot weather, which was a huge plus.A couple things to note for future guests. The apartment is located within a building that also houses two other businesses which we were made fully aware of by the host. However, during business hours, you can hear quite a bit of noise, including conversations and footsteps from the sides and above. It wasn’t something we were expecting, but it did quiet down once the businesses closed. Just something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a completely quiet daytime stay. The listing mentioned laundry on site, which we assumed would be in the unit, but it’s actually shared. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use it during our stay as it was consistently occupied, likely by the other businesses, and items were often left in overnight. Also worth mentioning, there is only one window in the entire apartment and it's located in the bedroom. None in the main living space, which felt a little unusual. That said, the apartment itself was very clean, well-kept, and Miguel truly made the experience a positive one. Overall, a great stay with a very attentive host.
