この3階建ての家は12名様でご利用いただけます。ムーディビーチへは、プライベートでアクセスできます。満潮時でもビーチを離れる必要はなく、ショップやレストランまで徒歩圏内です。

1階はオープンコンセプトのキッチンとリビングエリアです。設備の整った最新のキッチンには島と12人掛けの席があります。クイーンサイズベッド1台ソファーのある広々としたリビングエリアには、プライベートのムーディビーチを見渡す窓がたくさんあります。上層階にはフルバスと3つのベッドルームがあります。マスターベッドルームからクイーンサイズベッドとプライベートデッキが備わる日の出をご覧ください。下の階には、フルバスと洗濯機/乾燥機が付いています。スライド式のドアもあります。これは独立した入り口として使用できます。屋外のアメニティには、屋外シャワー、ビーチサイドのピクニックテーブル、グリル、そしてフロントデッキでくつろぐための椅子が含まれます。家のすべての快適さが含まれています！

10/10! This home was absolutely perfect for my family. The home was fully stocked, sparkling clean and in the absolute perfect location. Moody Beach is the most beautiful private beach. The 1pm check-in is amazing. Lisa is very accommodating and just a pleasure to deal with. Hoping to be able to reserve a week for my family again next year!

Amazing property on the beach!

This is the second time renting for my family and we love this place. It very comfortable everything works great and it’s right on the beach! There’s a tv in every bedroom and it has all the luxury’s of home including a dish washer. Lisa is very accommodating and great to deal with! Would rent again I’m the future.. The view on the beach makes it all worth it!

Beautiful location

The house is directly on the most beautiful section of Moody Beach. The house had lots of amenities and 3 bathrooms which was great. It is a beautiful home. It was wonderful sleeping to the sound of the waves. The only thing I would change is to add a cleaning service. It looked clean when I arrived but knowing there was no cleaning service -I did a quick clean and sanitize and it is not fun to end your lovely vacation by doing a deep clean of the house for the next renters. Even with that said- I would rent again in a heartbeat! We loved our week!

Amazing view!!

Being waterfront on the ocean was a dream come true. The house was perfect with plenty of room for the 4 of us. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony of the master bedroom. It was well stocked. Although the owners were next store most of the weekend they gave us privacy and were quick to respond to any questions. The 1pm check in was great and the house was clean. Having a bathroom on every floor was a huge plus with two teenagers.

Relax on the Beach

Lisa was great to deal with, we didn't encounter any issues but she texted and kept us updated on things. House is well maintained and the beach is beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better week.

Great place on the ocean!

The house is just as described and really nice. Just about everything we needed was provided and in good condition. Lisa was very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend this house on the beach!! Thank you for letting us have a great long weekend in your house.

Amazing experience, will be coming back for years!

I can not say enough how happy I was with the whole experience. Lisa is so kind and responsive. The house was perfect and clean. The view of the sunrise was a great way to start the day. More then enough room for the whole family. Even at high tide we sand. We will be coming back every year.

Excellent choice

A great location! Beautiful view! The perfect house for a group of friends. House manager nice and easy. However beach umbrellas and more beach chairs would have been appreciated.

Fabulous Location, Beautiful Property

Our family has been renting houses in the Moody Beach area for about 20 years. This was by far the most beautiful house we have ever stayed in. The house was clean, spacious, and the view is priceless. The kitchen was well equipped, there was nothing we looked for that we could not find. The bedrooms were great, 2 upstairs face the ocean and sunrises, one upstairs has a view of the marsh and sunsets. The beach was beautiful and quiet. The whole week was relaxing and easy. You need to bring your own bedding, towels, beach towels, but that is typical for rental houses in this area. You will also need to do your own cleaning at checkout- but all the supplies you will need to do that are provided. The only caveat is to be aware of how firm the mattresses are, which can be uncomfortable if you are not used to that. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

Very Nice, Peaceful, beautiful spot

The house is very nice, the beach is right out side the door. We had a nice week of weather and spent most of it out on the beach or just sitting and vegging out. The owners were very nice and Thankfully called me to inform me to bring sheets and towels, Something home away didn't tell us.. I am told it was attached to the policy, Yet being someone who rents often I don't read the same policy every time I book so I didn't see any attachment. After Lisa called I went into the policy and again saw no att, This is info that needs to be on the front page. . Also Cleaning, I wondered why cleaning charge wasn't listed. We found out when we arrived that its up to YOU to clean. The list states to wash bathrooms, vacuum, clean glass etc. along with packing up and leaving by ten. Now I always leave the house in good shape, Yet was never asked to clean it for the next person. This made me start to wonder, Am I using the bathroom after someone did a "quick" clean or didn't clean it at all. (I then washed them for our use just incase) I really think Home away needs to put these things on the main page, It wouldn't have changed my renting the house. I would have been more prepared, If Lisa hadn't called me I would have been so upset. Thank you to Lisa and Mike for opening your home up, Hope to come again..
