Nuevo en el mercado de alquiler.

Esta hermosa cabaña de 5 dormitorios, 3 .5 baños, recién amueblada frente a la playa se encuentra justo en la arena y tiene capacidad para 10. Esta es una casa muy espaciosa de 2800 pies cuadrados con mucha privacidad y un espacio común acogedor y excelente para que amigos y familiares disfruten de unas merecidas vacaciones.

La magnífica cocina funcional totalmente equipada permite a las familias cocinar mientras disfrutan de la playa.

Dos habitaciones de tamaño completo se encuentran en el 1er piso con 1. 5 baños.

El segundo piso tiene el dormitorio principal con baño privado.

Esta casa también tiene un área de loft separada única con una cama de tamaño amable en el 3er piso y 2 camas individuales en el segundo piso también equipadas con un baño completo para proporcionar a la familia la privacidad de los niños pequeños y la comodidad con la que los niños están cerca.

Estacionamiento privado con capacidad para 4 a 5 autos. Acceso privado a la playa, sin embargo, el acceso se comparte con la cabaña directamente detrás de esta casa.

Wonderful Beach House

Fantastic location - amazing views and a quick drive to Ogunquit and Kennebunk. Had everything we needed for our group. Really enjoyed our stay!

If you are looking to stay at Wells Beach, this is the house! The views are spectacular, the house has everything you need and the owner is very accessible and accommodating. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Wells. The check in was easy. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had extra conveniences such beach towels and beach chairs. All in the perfect location. The beds were comfortable too. The nicest home I’ve stayed in at Wells. We can’t wait to go back!

House on the beach

The pictures on the site do not do the house justice. Many times a host will angle the camera to make the house appear larger than it actually is. Not here. The house was much larger than expected. There were 8 of us. Five adults and 3 tween boys, plenty of room. The back deck is huge with a great view of the ocean. We were able to watch the sunrise from the deck. How lucky were we to see a full Strawberry moon each night rising up over the ocean. Low tide put the ocean about 500 feet from our deck and high tide out it about 50. The parking was a little tight with the group staying at the second house at the property asking to share since they had more cars than their lot allowed. It wasn’t a problem as they didn’t block us in. We had two large SUVs and a midsize car. They had room to park a mini Cooper behind their staircase. We did have to juggle our cars but it was not an issue. Only mentioning in case someone comes with 3 large vehicles. The house gave more of a lived in look than some of the other houses I have rented. Nothing was broken or dirty, just commenting as it isn’t like some of the more modern houses. Our host was extremely responsive with all communication. The house is just a short drive to many of the other beach towns in Southern Maine. The upstairs loft was very warm while we were there even with the AC running. It wasn’t until we were leaving that we realize one of the heaters was still running, after we thought we turned them all down. Would stay again!

Very well maintained property. We had a blast! We have a family of 10 and there was plenty of room. couldn't ask for more. Owner (Sophia) is terrific to work with as well.

Wells Beach 2023

Location x3! Perfect spot for our busy, growing family. The grandchildren have been spoiled! Will only want beachfront from here on out! The host was responsive to all questions and needs. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Winter Holidays at the Beach

Everything was just lovely for our holiday week at this beach house. The kitchen was well-equipped, bedrooms were comfortable, and the whole house was cozy. But we came for the beach: and wow, the views took our breath away! Sunrises, sunsets, snow, fog… it was all beautiful with the waves crashing right out the windows. We are birdwatchers, too and saw plenty of scoters (black and sea), old squaws, sandpipers, loons, eiders, and gulls. We will be back!

Family Beach Week

Gathering with our adult children and only one grandchild. Overall rating 4.5 . Loved the beach access just steps away. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and have a quiet space if they desired. Grocery store very close which was appreciated. Parking for at least 5 cars came in handy. Disappointed with grill status. Two were available but neither one was clean or fully functional. We were able to make do.

Resting Easy in Maine

We loved our time in Maine so very much; it was so hard to leave! The house is perfect in EVERY way. It felt like home. From the moment we walked in and saw the view from the kitchen, to hearing and seeing the waves and tide roll in and out every day, we were lulled into a peaceful state, exactly what vacation time should be about.. The family room with large entertainment TV and sectional sofa was one of the most comfortable rooms we’ve ever had in a rental. Then of course there was the view! Enjoy every moment in this beautiful home by the sea, there’s nothing more you’ll need. Everything is taken care of for you. Thank you Sophia for sharing your home with us. We can’t wait to come back.

Le rêve d’une vie

Despite the web site very well describe the property… staying 4 days last weekend, Colombus Day has been a lot more enjoyable than we tought. That Villa has been recently renovated and that make it, with his site right front of the see… absolutely WOW! 3 of the 4 bathrooms are really a pleasure especially the one inside the main bed room upstair. All parts of the home have direct view on the beach, except one bedroom out of 4. The bedroom upstairs containing 2 beds and a brand new bathroom have in mezzanine, another room with a king bed with full view of sea… and Superb Sun Rise. The owner, Sophia, has been really attentive to all needs we had, given that stay a 10 stars! A stay that we will repeat for sure!

Comfort and Convenience

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home. We rented both the front and the back houses as we were a group of 6 couples and 3 kids ranging from 13-6 years old. The beach access was definitely the appeal of the house, we were able to spend quality time together both in the house and on the sand without making a huge production of traveling to the beach everyday. Sophia was responsive to all of our questions and concerns and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for family vacation

We loved our stay here and look forward to coming back next year! Had any necessary amenities and then some. Plenty of bright, large, open rooms for large family! Owner responds quickly and effectively to any questions or concerns. Amazing location right on the beach. Can’t beat the convenience, especially with young children (or even our 93 year ok grandmother who came as well!)

The husband does construction and ensures the property is always in mint condition. Professionally cleaned and all linens are replaced and supplied with each visit.

Simply amazing. Photos DO NOT do it justice. Steps from sandy Wells beach. This is a lifelong dream for the family to own a property this amazing. Full equipped with all necessary amenities. Ideally located 0.5 miles from arcade and restaurants plus 1 mile away from grocery store.

Wells is directly in the middle of Oqunquit and Kennybunkport for very convenience exploring and site seeing.
