Moody Beach es una playa privada ubicada en Wells, Maine. Con solo ~ 100 casas a lo largo de la playa, se extiende desde Ogunquit hasta Moody Point.

Sin dudas una de las mejores residencias de Moody. Construido en 2011, esta magnífica propiedad emana una fantástica combinación de encanto y elegancia informal. Un increíble plan de piso de concepto abierto con cinco dormitorios, cinco baños, cocina increíble y un impresionante espacio de combinación sala de estar / comedor / sala de estar. Pisos de madera noble en todas partes, espectacular chimenea de gas, magníficos empotrados y fabulosos azulejos. Impresionante paisaje acentúa el entorno natural de esta fantástica ubicación frente al mar. Hogar excepcional!

Moody es una playa privada, por lo que el acceso a la playa está limitado a propietarios e inquilinos con vista al mar.

Please place suitcases on racks, not beds/chairs. Bath towels are provided, however please bring your own beach towels.
Please rinse sand off before entering house. There are water buckets for dipping your feet and an outdoor hot/cold water hose to shower off.
Garbage is to be placed by the curb on Wednesday for pick up

Gorgeous Home with Incredible Views

This lovely home is in a perfect location directly on the beach with incredible views and is immaculately clean. It has an amazing kitchen with absolutely everything you need at hand. The living areas are comfortable and beautifully furnished and the bedrooms/bathrooms offer ample space and privacy for everyone. We had a wonderful family vacation and hope to book another stay soon.

Fantastic home on the beach!

We are thrilled to have spent our multi generational vacation in this spectacular home again this year. This is the perfect house for enjoying the view, walks on the beach, relaxing on the patio, playing games or working on a puzzle. Rick has stocked the house with everything needed during the stay. We can’t wait to return next year.

I surprised my mom for her 70th birthday with a trip to Maine. This house was absolutely perfect for our family! It was incredibly clean and had amazing ocean front views. We enjoyed every minute! Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer! Would love to come visit and stay again. Maine is so incredibly charming, and this house was the perfect retreat!

A magnificent gem on the Maine coast!

By far the best coastal property we have ever stayed at! We rent 3 times a year on the Maine coast and the May week is most special as our grown sons and their families join us for a week of reconnecting. We spend our days on the beach, playing games, cards, cooking and just enjoying the time . This home offered us every single detail we needed and made the week perfection. I wish I could give a 10 star rating!

This is our second year staying at this amazing property on Moody Beach. We are residents of Central Maine, and once a year, our adult children, grandchildren, and close friends, gather at different places on the coast to reconnect from our busy lives. From our youngest grandson who is seven months old to my father, who is 83 years old, we all enjoy every second . The owner, Rick is extremely accommodating, gracious and responsive before and during the stay. The home offers everything you could possibly need for your vacation and the space for the entire family to spread out. Walking out onto the sand every day, waking up to the beautiful sunrises, cooking large meals together, playing board games and taking naps are some of the favorite parts of our days together. We look forward to many years of returning to create lifelong memories as a family. This is by far our favorite property in the 20 years we have been all gathering together!

Perfect stay at a Perfect home on Moody Beach

This was our 3 year staying at this house. Perfect home, Perfect location. Clean, upscale appliances, bathrooms and furniture. Well equipped kitchen anything you will need. Kim and Rick are wonderful owners. Open communication and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Everything we could dream of.

This was our second stay in this fantastic Moody Beach home and it was as wonderful at the first time. The house is well stocked with everything we needed and then some. The location can’t be beat! The perfect house on Moody Beach!

We had a fabulous stay on Moody Beach! We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our multi generational family stay. The beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. The house was stocked with everything needed. We couldn’t get enough of the view....absolutely amazing. Rick was very responsive to any questions! We look forward to returning in the future!

Exceeds expectations

The photos of this house do not do it justice. The rooms are spacious, airy, and impeccably clean. The view of the ocean is incredible and the sound of the waves is the best white noise. The owner has prepared everything you need to know and is easy to communicate with. The location is perfect, close to activities, shopping, and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay.

Exceptional Family Compound!

Clean, spacious and on the BEACH, what more could you ask for! When I had to cancel our summer trip to Spain due to CoVid19, I was looking for a place where my family and I could spend time together, spread out and relax. Rick's place was the perfect spot and did not disappoint!

Best house that we have ever stayed in

We are a family of 5 (3 kids, 3 and under) and were looking for a last minute weekend get away. We wanted a large nice house right on the beach. We found it. Rick was unbelievably accommodating even while traveling. Having stayed in Nantucket, Bermuda, Scituate, Naples etc this was the best house and the nicest beach/ water that we have experienced. The house is very beach but very homey at the same time. We spent our time out in the yard/ beach. Coughlin’s Donut shop was a hit both mornings and the Wells Lobster pound was where we had two dinners. Availability is limited and understandably so. Great house, highly recommend.

After many years of vacationing on Moody Beach, my wife Kim and I purchased this lovely beachfront home in 2017. My great grandfather built the 5th house on the beach back in 1912 and my family has been staying there throughout the summers ever since. We love and appreciate the sun rises and the memories created while spending time at the beach. We currently live in Dublin, Ireland w/ our two boys, yet are New Englanders through and through.
