Ducha exterior y garaje para un coche. Mesa de picnic y parrilla. Totalmente amueblado. Fabuloso lugar para alojarse durante las vacaciones. Tranquilo, relajante, excelente ubicación y cerca de todo. Traiga su bicicleta y disfrute del sendero para bacalao del cabo y la costa nacional del mar Pase el día en tres playas cercanas, compre, observe ballenas en P-town y visite otros lugares. ¡Querrás volver cada año!

We had a great stay and the house had everything we needed and is in a great location. Biking to Corporation Beach was convenient when the parking lot was full.

Awesome place to stay in Dennis!

This house sleeps 10 comfortably with plenty of room. The location is awesome you are close to beaches and all popular spots in Dennis. We had plenty of room for 4 couples to spread out and enjoy the house. I would definitely recommended and would book again!

Memorial Day Weekend Gem

We had a great stay in Cape Cod. The arrangement of the bedrooms was perfect for the combination of families and kids. Chris, the owner was responsive and helpful. Friends of ours that joined us go to the Cape often and already said they would definitely rent again.

A perfect house for an off-season family reunion. The property is well-described in the listing; the owner responds quickly when needed, and the central Cape location is a great base for exploring the Cape. If you're coming from a distance, as we were, you'll particularly enjoy that linens and towels are provided. Highly recommended!

Well equipped, lovely home

House had everything you need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Open kitchen. Dining and living was comfortable for our group. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely rent again!

Property is clean and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans and other necessities. Check in was seamless. The location is a short driving distance to two excellent beaches. Host responded immediately to a question on trash pickup. Staying here was a delightful experience and I would not hesitate to rent again.

Just finished a week long stay with a group of 6 adult friends. Plenty of space for all, nice bathrooms. Good location to see all the sites on the Cape. Private back deck great place for morning coffee. Easy check in and clear house instructions. Would recommend

Great house in a great location

We rented this house for a family vacation. Everybody loved it. It is spacious, clean and in a perfect mid-cape location. The communication with Chris was flawless. I strongly recommend this property.

Great place to stay! Felt like home! Affordable!

Had a family and friends weekend. This house is awesome. Newly renovated. Has just about everything you would ever need! The family room and kitchen were very nice. The owner, Chris, was very friendly and accommodating. Also, the price and the location was affordable (which is exactly what we were looking for)! I will definitely book this home again.

Annual Spring Sister Weekend

My four sisters and I enjoy a weekend on Cape Cod every spring and every fall. This was our third time staying at Chris’ property. Hopefully, it will be available for many more visits. A nice, comfortable home in a very pretty neighborhood setting.

Beautiful Neighborhood with abundant space

The home was close to all the locations we planned to visit. The inside of the home is beautiful. The five of us easily spread out in the home and had a blast! Make sure you bring toilet paper and paper towels as they don’t supply. Overall a wonderful weekend in a beautiful home!

This home is even nicer than the pictures show. Plenty of room for 10 of us —open floor plan —-and especially loved the entire downstairs with separate bedroom, bathroom, and large family room where two teenagers slept on futon sofas. My family loved our reunion week ! The owner is very responsive by text. Would definitely rent again

A perfect Christmas getaway!

We were looking for a rental that could accommodate our large family for a few day stay while we visited relatives for Christmas. This 4 bedroom home has been recently renovated and everything is nicely done and very clean. We love this area even in wintertime and enjoyed walks along Sesuit Harbor and Cold Storage Beach. It was a great way to relax after this hectic season! The owner Chris was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this rental and we would be happy to stay at this location again.

Exceeded All Expectations

We just had a family wedding and some of the family stayed here. It was clean, beautifully decorated and appointed. Very pretty neighborhood and close to bay beaches, Sesuit Harbor and some of our favorite Cape restaurants and shops. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Frankly, of the 3 homes we rented this was the absolute best value and most accurately described. I learned that some VRBO photos and descriptions are “flattering.” I recommend without hesitation.!

It's all that the listing says and more!

Although, I didn't get the text from Chris about the door code and had to call him at 4:15, he immediately responded to my call. Service on the Cape can be iffy in certain areas so be aware. This property was so comfortable for four adults and two children, it could easily have handled more. It's a very safe and quiet neighborhood, very near great beaches, a convenience store with super sandwiches and quick groceries, and Grumpy's for breakfast. There was so much info left by others at the house of things to do and see. Though we brought our own, there were beach towels galore as well as everything else you might want at the beach, including a great carrier to get it all there. The only thing I would change was using our own linens. We found theirs a bit loose on the beds and hot, and it took longer than we expected to get all the linens washed and the last load into the dryer before we had to check out. Believe them, though, when their note tells you the setting for the air conditioning. It truly works. One of the top three places we have stayed on the Cape! Thank you, Chris

I live in Ct and have been spending summer vacations in Cape Cod since I was a child. East Dennis is to me the nicest part of Cape Cod and I have spent much of my summers here. The beaches are great, No commercialism here!

This property is located in a great area of Dennis MA and convenient to many local beaches, restaurants and highways. Surrounded by other beautiful homes, in a great neighborhood and great for families!

The home is completely renovated with a finished basement. The home will sleep 6-10 people. Close to the beach, shopping, food, shopping and highways. Picnic in the back yard or at a local beach.
