Gather around the dining table with seating for four or kick back in the warm and inviting living area.

Enjoy direct beach and pool views from oversized picture windows, or step outside to explore resort amenities including a large main pool, kiddie pool, poolside snack bar, gaming room, fitness facility, outdoor recreational areas and more. With complimentary beach lounge chairs and umbrella included (March 1st to October 31st), your relaxation is assured.

Conveniently located within walking distance of dining, shopping, and entertainment options such as Pineapple Willy's and Schooners, as well as attractions like St. Andrews State Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Signal Hill Golf Course, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

The HOA requires a $30 parking/amenity fee to be purchased upon arrival to receive one parking pass for the whole stay. If you arrive after hours, you can purchase it the following morning. One wristband per guest will be provided on the kitchen countertop. The condo does not have a private balcony, however there are several communal balconies just steps from your door with breathtaking views for you to enjoy your morning coffee, or an afternoon cold beverage. Rules
- Maximum number of guests is 4, including newborns and infants of any age per city ordinance.
- Parking pass is required to be purchased upon arrival for $30.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times, failure to do so may result in a $100 fine imposed by the HOA deducted from your security deposit.
- Only 1 vehicle parking is allowed per stay. No RVs, campers or trailers are allowed in the parking lot.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to book.
- Guests are not allowed to have visitors on site who are not staying within the complex.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the unit or common areas except at designated areas near the community balconies on every floor.
- Guests are not allowed to bring pets per association rules.
- Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own or purchase at Alvin’s Island.
