Welcome to the serenity of Salter Path, this well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 full bath ocean view condo sleeps 4 and features gorgeous birds eye ocean views off the top floor large balcony and every amenity you need to make for the perfect beach vacation, including an elevator! Fully stocked "cooks" kitchen, tasteful furnishings. The community offers a pool and hot tub (open April to end of September) and covered parking for two cars. Linens are provided and also a washer/dryer is in the unit.

Many areas to enjoy the top floor view, TV's in every room.

Entire 2 bedroom/2 bath confo.

Your host MK is easily accessible via text on her cell, in the area but not usually in the building.

Serene, quiet, laid back vibe. Private. Amazing views.

Driving and golf carts.

PLEASE download the AirBnB app on your phone BEFORE you leave for your trip so you have quick access to ALL check-in instructions, access codes, WiFi info, your house manual & guidebook.

Please do not boost the thermostat more than 1-2 degrees at a time
Please do not wash off make-up on towels/washcloths; only disposable wipes
Please do NOT put extremely sandy clothing or towels in washer or dryer
It is prohibitive to allow children or pets on the balcony without adult supervision at ALL TIMES!

Most importantly, PLEASE ENJOY our beloved ocean side condo. It brings us genuine joy to know you enjoyed your stay, that's our goal. We want you to return year after year.

Place was great. As described in listing. The location was great. Only issue was the room wasn’t available at check in time because of a communication error with the property and cleaning crew. Otherwise great.

Dirty at check in

At check-in the condo clearly hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest which was a day prior. I called and left a message and Spencer texted me apologizing and saying they'd have someone come and they would accommodate us for the inconvenience and give us an early dinner or even Ice cream for the 4 of us on them. I explained we already started cleaning. We had brought all our things in and I was frustrated and grossed out. It was a text back and forth which honestly I felt unprofessional b/c they should've just called instead. When i said we'd take the dinner and asked how that would work, they didn't know any options of where and asked me to take more time out of our vacation to see where the home manual was, which we never found. I ended up dropping it b/c it was clearly not going to be accommodated and it was just a "nice gesture w/o a follow through " We up going to dinner and the cleaning person showed up while we were out. I also was surprised there was only 1 key to the place. So you all have to stay together and can't leave and go as you please. I do recommend having 2 keys. The condo in general was beautifully decorated. It would've been nice for the bedroom tv's to be a bit larger and newer so you can stream on them but not the end of the world. There were some dvds to watch and games and puzzles for adults or older kids but not so much for my 4yr old. So, I do recommend bringing something if you're own if your child is younger.
