We have stayed at Colony by the Sea 3 different times but this was our fav! There were a lot of extra touches that made us feel special and welcomed. And the host was very responsive to our questions which really showed how they aim to please. We definitely recommend this property and plan to come back again!

Great ocean view. We loved the pool and hot tub. The outdoor games were fun. The little extras that were provided were wonderful.

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, amenities available to us and ease of parking and beach access. Great ocean view from deck. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Thank you!

Naomi, our host was very attentive to our needs and request. We couldn’t get our tv working the first day we were there and she came over almost immediately and corrected our problem. It’s very comforting to rent from someone that is helpful and truly cares to make your stay as smooth as possible! I would definitely rent from them again!

We recently visited Indian Beach and stayed at Colony by the Sea in this unit. The unit and complex was amazing and everything that it was said to be. When we first walked in, we were greeted with a “welcome” note and a tray of goodies. Naomi and Regina were amazing and were very attentive to anything we needed. The complex is right on the beach and was perfect with all the additional amenities it included. The beach is private and this time of year was pretty empty which was nice. The ocean water was warm and the weather cooperated all week. We will definitely be coming back next year.

All the rooms were super clean. The beds were already made & there were fresh towels on the bed when we got there. They had some snacks & some fresh fruit in the kitchen. Best stocked condo I’ve ever stayed at. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Soap at all the sinks & dish liquid in the kitchen. The beach view was nice .. you’re overlooking a sand dune but can see the ocean very well.

We enjoyed our week’s stay at Colony by the Sea. The living area was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of items. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the condo, especially upon entering. We had issues with the streaming channels not connecting on the living room television.
