Vacation home like no other! Bill's Bend is located on a quiet road with a private dock on Dunns Creek, a main tributary to the St. Johns River and Crescent Lake.
Convientently located at the center of the following wildlife management areas:
Dunn Creek WMA: 1.8 miles
Caravelle Ranch WMA: 22 miles
Lake George WMA : 22 miles
Etonia Creek State Forest: 25 miles
For rainy days, we provided televisions in every bedroom, board games, and puzzles. Each tv is a Roku powered smart tv and has Netflix, Paramount +, and Movies Anywhere preloaded and ready to watch, but feel free to login to any additional apps you may have!

Our host, Alyssa, was warm and welcoming—easy to text and have any information we wanted.The property is wonderful: a comfortable, well-equipped home, comfortable beds, roomy kitchen—but the location, right on Dunn’s Creek, was outstanding.

Awesome experience! Host was amazing. House was clean and everything was there as was stated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had access to the dock for our boats. Will be booking again!!!

Definitely booking again!

The house was perfect for our little family, so clean, well kept and we loved seeing and reading about Mr. Bill. It felt like home away from home for sure. Alyssa is a wonderful and gracious host. She has thought of everything, and I mean everything! Looking forward to booking again soon!

Awesome vacation

This was a quiet short Vaca for us. Home was everything and more, clean, comfy and quiet. It was great sitting on the dock watching the river and fishing. We really liked the turkeys on the property. Didn't see many neighbors but the people we did see would waive and say hello. That does not happen in bigger city. We will definitely be going back to stay.
