Large deck overlooking Dunn’s creek with fish cleaning area. Cozy fire pit. Quiet dead end street with great neighbors. Easy boating access to world class speck and bass fishing on the St. John’s river or crescent lake. A short boat ride to waterfront dining at Corky Bell’s, 3 Bananas, Andersen’s Lodge, Welaka Lodge and Renegades.

We stayed for our sons' fishing tournament and it worked out very well. The two living rooms were great for everyone to have their own area to hang out. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and the dock was amazing! Wish we could stay for our next tournament.

Communication is key!!

The hosts were great to deal with, they are quick to respond and worked with us to accommodate our reservation changes due to the tropical storm. Highly recommend this property!

The rental was exactly as it appears on VRBO. The view from that wonderful two story dock is the best! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and did everything to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing your place!

Beautiful house on Dunns Creek

Very beautiful and exceptionally clean. Three bedrooms with king size beds and some couches that make beds. Huge dock on water with nice fish cleaning station Would definitely stay again. Owners are very nice to deal with.

Great place to stay

We arrived in a rainstorm and were very thankful for the covered carport that held our van and boat trailer. Rental was clean and comfy. Enjoyed hearing the hoot owls and this morning one graced us with his presence and I was able to get a picture. Thanks Max and Debra for having us. We enjoyed our time on the river.

It’s was very roomy and well stocked with everything needed. The communication was fast with a couple questions we had when we arrived. The only issue we had was the back master bedroom was hot and did not have good airflow to that room or restroom.

Fishing trip with friends

Fishing trip with friends. Absolutely beautiful place. The check in was Very easy.. Nice comfortable beds plenty of room in the house. Stayed for 3 nights No problems whatsoever. The owners were vere helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We ended up catching around 3:00 fish ranging from bluegill, sunfish and catfish. Will definitely be on my list of places to stay again.

FL vacation

There is no way to list all the amazing things about staying here but let me try. First off the place was clean and fully stocked with anything you could ever imagine. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and have their own space. Now onto the BEST part!!! That dock!! OMG is it amazing. We enjoyed just sitting and watching all the awesome birds, passing alligators and on our last day we saw manatees. Fishing from that dock was amazing also. Many fish and crab were caught. This place overall is a 10 out of 10!! We will be back with a boat the next time.

Loved the dock

I gave 4 stars bc the AC tore up on us causing the heat not to turn off. We burned up all night the first night. We got it back working the next morning but it still wasn’t right. Messaged the host and told them it was blowing cool now but still needed someone to come look at it. I was told sorry for any inconvenience. Aside from the AC issue, neighborhood was nice and quiet and the dock was lovely.

Perfect River Getaway Spot

This spot is a gem! The property was extremely clean and was easy to get to. We had more than enough room for our family of six adults staying with us. The water access and upgraded dock are just one of the many pluses for this property. We will definitely be back to stay here.
