Esta propiedad está muy bien cuidada, muy nombrado, con nuevas alfombras, pintura y cocina pizarra entrada y reclamó pisos de madera en la sala de estar; simplemente hermosa

Arapahoe albergue se encuentra en el centro de la acción en River Run Village. Esta hermosa propiedad se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad y un paseo corto 100 yardas a la góndola y telesilla; este es un lugar privilegiado. Garaje subterráneo, conectado a la piscina de la comunidad, el único albergue con una tienda de conveniencia y tienda de licores conectado a la casa de campo con la Wolf Rock Tavern abajo, y un montón de tiendas en la puerta hacen de este un complejo familiar de fantasía. También hay un sofá cama con capacidad para dos en un sistema de tamaño queen colchón garantizado, muy cómodo, así como una cama plegable que es una reina. Un hermoso baño grande abierta y una zona de baño principal y señor de estar. En última instancia, esta propiedad duerme 6 cómodamente. Este 1 cama 2 propiedad de baño es en realidad más grande que las propiedades dormitorio estándar dos en River Run Village y la sala de estar y comedor se benefician del espacio. Los espacios de vida en la propiedad de gran tamaño también son mucho más grandes que los de un estándar de propiedad de dos dormitorios y dos baños.

Esta propiedad está muy bien cuidada, muy nombrado, con nuevas alfombras, cocina pizarra pintura y la entrada y pisos de madera recuperadas en la sala de estar; simplemente hermoso .. Pantalla plana de TV y reproductor de DVD. Excelente ubicación, cerca de las pistas. Esta propiedad tiene capacidad como una de dos dormitorios con el precio de una habitación más !! Una casa con entonces todos los lujos y algunos - cafetera, amplio comedor de cerámica, todos los utensilios, muebles nuevos. Techos altos crean un ambiente abierto y grande para este dormitorio 900 metros cuadrados de propiedad. Usted se sentirá como en casa y serás feliz.

PERFECT Location!

Listing was as described - stocked wonderfully with all you need during your stay! Location was perfect for our family as we could ski-in/ski-out and come back to rest or eat lunch or whatever. Makes it an easy decision to pay only a tad more for lodging but to be that close to everything, giving you the ability to save money on breakfast & lunch so you can enjoy a nice dinner each evening, or eat in for all meals to save even more! We would definitely stay here again! The only thing I will say is that the new, high-end mattress referenced in the listing is pretty firm. For us, as we tend to prefer a little softer mattress, it was an adjustment but we were tired from skiing so we were still able to get rest. Just something to consider.

Great Place to stay

With a location in the center of the viulalge, you can see the main town square. Restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, walking/biking trails, hiking all close by. Would recommend.

The radiator in the bedroom leaks, shower curtain rod is falling off, shower curtain was stained, bedroom mattress was HARD. Overall, it was a nice room and we'd stay there again.

The bed in the bed room was extremely hard, thankfully there was a Murphy bed it was much softer. Also the rug in the living room could us a much needed shampooing and the small deck area was very dirty and dusty. Nice unit but needs some TLC and updates.

We have stayed at multiple units within the village and worked with the folks at RMRM for most of that time. The staff at RMRM have always been professional, courteous, and prompt with their assistance and service. OF the many units we have stayed in, this particular unit is one of the best: Well maintained and appointed, it is clearly owned and occupied by a family that takes pride and care in their property and expects their tenants to do the same. If you're looking for a place to party, this is NOT the unit, but if you're looking for a well maintained unit for comfort and convenience, look no farther! Thanks to RMRM and the owners of this unit for making our "weekend escape" trouble-free, relaxing, and comfortable!

Great location... but that's all.

This property was in a great location (so close to everything in River Run Village), but that's where the good ended. It was very badly maintained. Doors seemed to be falling off the hinges in the kitchen. The tiles in the showers were disgusting, the fridge was falling apart. I would never cook/eat in this unit. It was very dirty too - dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and clearly wasn't vacuumed or counters wiped down. The Master Bed was horrible!! So uncomfortable and the pillows may as well have been cardboard boxes. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location

This was our 4th year in a row to come to Keystone. This year did not disappoint again, great location to all restaurants, stores and gondola. Will look for location again next year.

Difficult check in, beautiful property

The property is beautiful and in a great location. There was no one at the management company when we arrived and our envelope did not have the property key code or the garage door card keys in it. No one answered the phone when we called, finally got a call back. It took over an hour. Someone finally came with them and was a bit rude insisting the keys had been in the envelope.

Location was great...

However, several items in the condo were not working correctly. We could not control the thermostat and the condo became very warm while we were not there. Also, several lights were out and the smoke alarms went off late one night because batteries were bad. When we checked in, several key cards did not work correctly; we did receive a new one quickly, but others were still inconsistent.

Location, location, location

The stay was amazing. VRBO says this is a 1.5 bath but it is actually 2 full baths which was great when multiple people wanted to shower at once. 5 min walk to gondola and 5 min walk to bus stop for other ski areas. View is of the village square which was really cool. Includes heated garage and heated locker for skis. This was especially nice so we didn’t have to keep our skis in the unit. The only issues I had is that the bed isn’t the most comfortable, the bedroom bathrooms lock didn’t work, and I got a “warning” for parking when my pass was clearly shown. A quick call to management fixed that. Overall, the other reviews don’t give this unit justice. I’d give it 5*’s although there were the few small issues and if I’m ever in keystone again I’ll be staying here 100%. Thank you RMRM!

Great location, Condo needs some improvements

We've stayed at Arapahoe Lodge several times because it is a great location. This condo was our least favorite. It needs a deep cleaning! There was dust on everything and the carpet and rugs are old, stained and definitely need replacing. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. You can't turn the light on in the bathroom without the heat lamp coming on, so you're sweating while getting ready. We did enjoy the gas fireplace which is very easy to turn on. Overall, the condo felt dirty.

Great Location, but the unit and the management company not so much!!

The Arapahoe Lodge is a great location, close to the ski school and River Run Gondola, close to all restaurants. The unit itself is pretty tired and in need of some updates. The carpet is very dirty and needs to be replaced, the bathrooms need a deep cleaning and just patching/painting the walls would make this place a whole lot better. Now onto the management company, do your research before booking through the management company. You won't find many positive reviews (their five star Google reviews are from three different employees each of whom I talked to). My family stayed in this unit for five nights and after checking out were told by the management company that they were charging us for damage done to the TV in the master bedroom. We were told that we broke the TV. The management company started by saying the TV mount was coming off the wall and then upgraded the damage to being broken and needing to be replaced. Fortunately, my wife took a picture shortly after we checked in, that showed the TV mount pulling away from the wall. The management company also sent me a picture of the TV working after we checked out... Not sure how we broke it if it was working after we left. In general, the TVs in the unit were both very old and hard to work. The TV in the main living space had to be reconnected to the cable box to get it to work. It looked like someone had connected a go pro or something. The TV in the guest bedroom didn't have a working remote, had to power on/off and change volume by hand. If you read the last review for this property (Nov 2017), we stayed there shortly after her (Dec 2017) and everything she said was true.
