Perfect location....exactly what I was looking for

Our 2 teenagers , never have seen snow, kids had a great time. Therefore so did my husband and I. The location is perfect and made the logistics of all super smooth. Highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very easy check-in, the management was always available. The place was very nice, well equipped. It was a very good location walking distance to slopes and restaurants.

PERFECT Location!

Listing was as described - stocked wonderfully with all you need during your stay! Location was perfect for our family as we could ski-in/ski-out and come back to rest or eat lunch or whatever. Makes it an easy decision to pay only a tad more for lodging but to be that close to everything, giving you the ability to save money on breakfast & lunch so you can enjoy a nice dinner each evening, or eat in for all meals to save even more! We would definitely stay here again! The only thing I will say is that the new, high-end mattress referenced in the listing is pretty firm. For us, as we tend to prefer a little softer mattress, it was an adjustment but we were tired from skiing so we were still able to get rest. Just something to consider.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is unbeatable, short walk to the River Run gondola. The room is a little outdated and in need of some repairs. The radiator in the bedroom leaks, shower curtain rod is falling off, shower curtain was stained, bedroom mattress was HARD. Overall, it was a nice room and we'd stay there again.

Difficult check in, beautiful property

The property is beautiful and in a great location. There was no one at the management company when we arrived and our envelope did not have the property key code or the garage door card keys in it. No one answered the phone when we called, finally got a call back. It took over an hour. Someone finally came with them and was a bit rude insisting the keys had been in the envelope.

Location was great...

However, several items in the condo were not working correctly. We could not control the thermostat and the condo became very warm while we were not there. Also, several lights were out and the smoke alarms went off late one night because batteries were bad. When we checked in, several key cards did not work correctly; we did receive a new one quickly, but others were still inconsistent.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: River Run Village has become one of our "go to" destinations for skiing get-aways for over ten years. We have stayed at multiple units within the village and worked with the folks at RMRM for most of that time. The staff at RMRM have always been professional, courteous, and prompt with their assistance and service. OF the many units we have stayed in, this particular unit is one of the best: Well maintained and appointed, it is clearly owned and occupied by a family that takes pride and care in their property and expects their tenants to do the same. If you're looking for a place to party, this is NOT the unit, but if you're looking for a well maintained unit for comfort and convenience, look no farther! Thanks to RMRM and the owners of this unit for making our "weekend escape" trouble-free, relaxing, and comfortable!

Disappointed in unit

The only good thing about this unit was it's location and the beds were comfortable. Getting what we needed from the rental agency was a pain....we did get emailed instructions, but did not realize the place was not on the resort property and had to have our shuttle drive us back into Dillon. After that finally got resolved, we got to the unit and the door code would not work. I called 4 times and someone finally answered and said they were sorry, they forgot to unlock it on their end. So that was fun standing in the hall after a full day of travel with two young kids that had to go to the bathroom. Once we got in and turned on the lights, we were sooooo disappointed. The rugs are disgustingly dirty and so was the carpet in the master. We had to wear socks the entire time. The bathrooms are outdated and so is the kitchen. There is old dirt caked on the trim in the bathrooms and in the grout in the tile in the shower. Shower curtain was ripped. There was a load of clean dishes that looked like some kids played a game of how much crap they could cram in there. The smoke alarm was sitting on the mantle and the wires were dangling from the ceiling. The TV IN THE DEN did not work. The TV in the bedroom worked, but was extremely difficult to figure out and the remote didn't work. There are some chairs in the bedroom that I refused to sit in, they were old and dingy. Also it was so hot we had to sleep with windows and back porch door open even after spending forever trying to get the AC to come on. The fan that was in the floor was a million years old and gross. We will never stay in this unit again. I have stayed in units through VRBO many times and have never left a negative review. This place was just gross.

Great location... but that's all.

This property was in a great location (so close to everything in River Run Village), but that's where the good ended. It was very badly maintained. Doors seemed to be falling off the hinges in the kitchen. The tiles in the showers were disgusting, the fridge was falling apart. I would never cook/eat in this unit. It was very dirty too - dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and clearly wasn't vacuumed or counters wiped down. The Master Bed was horrible!! So uncomfortable and the pillows may as well have been cardboard boxes. I wouldn't stay here again.

This property gets 5 stars from every guest that stays here. We checked the doors in the kitchen and they are fine? Tiles in the shower are in great shape and so is the caulking. The refrigerator has a few dents from guests, but otherwise it is in great working order. The bed in the master is brand new and it is a $3000 mattress and box spring? I can not say anything about the cleaning issues because I was not there but based on the rest of the comments not being valid I would have to say that was exaggerated as well? We wish this guest the best of luck in finding accommodations that meet there expectations.

Great location

This was our 4th year in a row to come to Keystone. This year did not disappoint again, great location to all restaurants, stores and gondola. Will look for location again next year.
