Our unit is one of the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos in River Run, blending mountain decor with a contemporary flare. As property owners, your comfort is our priority. We recently added brand new super comfy mattresses and bedding, living room furniture (including a leather sectional sofa with a queen sized sleeper), new stainless steel appliances, a large flat screen TV's in every room, trendy curtains, new showers, fresh paint, new hardwood flooring throughout and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Enjoy comfort, style and location.

This ski condo boasts an amazing location, underground heated parking, an elevator, luggage carts, and a ski locker. These are huge factors when toting lots of ski gear and kids!
The clubhouse amenities consist of a steam room, hot tub, private pool (Expedition Station is the only building in River Run with a private heated pool, open year round), laundry facilities (one shared on every floor), pool table and fitness center. A playground, firepit, miniature golf course (summer) and the Dercum Square Ice Skating Rink (winter) are adjacent to our building. Other amenities include Free WiFi, cable and an outdoor charcoal grill near the pool.
