The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all trash & put in the bin on the upper driveway. Bring trash can to street Tuesday nights & please Face bin front toward street.
Turn off all of the lights, tv’s and fans. Set the AC to 75° or HEAT to 60°.
To lock the front door, hold a finger on the # sign. CLOSE/LOCK WINDOWS.
Put away life vests and floats in the cabinet on the dock. Put the paddle boards on backside of dock where you found them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
