We loved this property and will 100% stay again. We had two families together and it was perfect for everyone to have their own space but also have an amazing communal space. It’s more of a walk to Disneyland than listed because the 1/2 mile walk is to the entrance to Downtown Disney but to actual Disneyland it was a solid 1-1.1 miles. Worth it though!

This house was very clean and spacious. We had multiple couples staying and there was plenty of room to spread out and not be in each others way. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. The pool was well maintained and a pleasure to use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed the stay but the furniture was old and run down. The towels were very thin. Patio cushions for the outdoor lounge and table were worn down and stained. The couch in main area was old and lumpy. The throw pillows on couch dirty. The bed in old living room needs to be replaced. We didn’t use the stove but it was dirty along with the utensil holder near stove. Too too many warning signs and threats of 2,500 fines. All the signs made unfriendly. The pool gate needs to be fixed- it was hard to latch shut. Unless an effort was made the gate was not locked. It seemed that the standards of this house need to be improved.

Perfect Home for Our Disneyland Vacation

We wanted a place that would fit our family of 10. We have 3 married couples and a 1 year old infant and this home worked out perfect for our stay. It brought us together each night and fit us all comfortably. The house is a close walk to the Disney parks. It was clean and was nicely decorated with Disney themes. We recommend and would love to stay again.

The home was very welcoming, very clean, and very well equipped with every kitchen appliance, everyday needed household items. The property manager Rick came over with a friendly greeting and assured us to call him of any issues and he would be there immediately. The swimming pool was great, but I wish that the gate around the swimming pool would have had a combination lock as I worried about the little kids getting to the water without adult supervision. I cannot say enough about our wonderful experiences our family had while staying there. Pleanty of VERY CLEAN bathrooms , TVs in every room etc. I would / will definitely plan on staying there again in the future , and I would highly recommend this home to everyone.

Perfect Week

The location and amenities of the property helped our family have the perfect week! Disneyland entrance is a short 20 minute walk. The beach is only 40 minutes away. The property owners were responsive, helpful, and considerate. Our children had ample space in their rooms. Highly recommended!

Family Trip from Alaska

Great place to stay. Close to Disney, stop for bus (ART) right across the street. All the bedrooms were great and enough bathrooms for the 10 of us. Great Mexican restaurant 2 blocks from house Sabor Chilango. Only issues was seating in living room is limited and the 50 dollars a day to add heat to pool. Had a wonderful stay!

Disneyland Family Stay

9 adults and 1 One Year old. It was a great stay most of the beds were really comfortable. The included crib was extremely nice for our one year old. The location was great. Around 1 mile walk to the Disney Promenade. Do not try to cut through any of the Disney Parking lots. Great place for breakfast before heading to Disney and amazing place to crash after a full Disney day.

New Beds

Fantastic location for Disneyland. Clean and spacious. Mattresses however, need to be replaced. Especially the king and the back bedroom double right off the garage. You roll together even with the 3 inch topper. Also, that room could easily handle a King or Queen. With the attched bathroom a King would be perfect. Great stay and the Kitchen was big and well stocked. Ice machine in refrigerator just put out one solid lump though. Thanks. Would book again

Good location for theme parks and conventions

The location was very good for our work group attending a conference at the convention center. Great food at little restaurants across the road from adjacent hotel. The management let us drop off bags early, and check in a bit early, and was responsive when we had an influx of tiny ants in the kitchen. The pool had algae, which was disappointing because we didn't feel safe using it much (certainly didn't put my head under water). It was possibly safer for the swallow we saw drinking from it, as it wasn't full of chemicals. Abundant dishes and glasses; nice dining table; could have used a few basic items (cotton dish towels, dish rack, foil, starter coffee). The outdoor patio and grill were great.

Great location - could have been cleaner

The local was excellent! The home is very old and was not cleaned to our standards. Very dusty and floors were dirty. Kitchen equipment and dishes need updated. Had to ask for bath towels for all members of our family. Property manager was super responsive and nice. Heated the pool which made a difference. Bathrooms are not located by majority of bedrooms but were ok.

Great Location but a bit rundown

The location of this home couldn’t have been better. Literally across the street from the Disney employee parking lot. The neighborhood was questionable but I think that’s the area in general. At one point we had to stay inside as eight cop cars with police officers in bulletproof vests and dogs hunted the area and hotel behind for something or someone. The house itself had ample space and bedrooms for a large party. The furnishings and linens are due for some updating. The dirty, stained couch and pillows were not very inviting and the tiny towels also had stains. The home had just been cleaned but all the drawers in each bathroom had hair that had to be wiped out (by me) before use. The floors need a good cleaning as walking barefoot left our feet very dirty and there was garbage and used tissues visible under the chase. All and all I would say the location to the park and ample rooms makes it a great option for families visiting Disney but the furnishings and condition of the home was underwhelming.

Great place for a writer getaway

Six authors used the house as a home base for a writing convention. During the course of the convention we had guests for dinner both inside and sitting outside using the grill. This house had everything you need for an adults weekend but also if you had kids, it would be perfect. It made our lives so much easier to be there instead of in a hotel.
