Anaheim is waiting for you at this delightful 4-bedroom home architecturally designed after the Disney Movie "Casa de Encanto" with only a short 2-1/2 block walk to the FREE Trams to Main Gates of Disneyland, California Adventure, and Downtown Disney. With 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, 3 twin beds, 1 roll-away bed, 1 traditional crib, and 1 baby "play-in pack," along with 3 full bathrooms (No waiting in line), plus 2 baby high chairs, & whole array of strollers for our guests use, plus 2 washers & 2 dryers all coin free with laundry soap & fabric softener at no charge, this charming property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of newly installed central heating & air-conditioning, and a hair dryer in each of the bathrooms, along with a completely gated newly refurbished Mid-Century Modern design Anthony style pool, plus a Jacuzzi Spa. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay here.

Please Note: Just to let you know so there are no misunderstandings from the get-go we have been renting out this property for over the past 30 years plus years (Which was the 1st Short-Term Rental in Anaheim), and that we now offer our Guests the Added Option of adding on renting out our Upstairs' Rental Unit located above the garages for an additional 1,000 square feet of living space which includes 3 Additional Full Bedrooms; 2 Full Bathrooms; 1 "Wet Bar" area with large counter space to make "snacks" + Under the counter "mini-refrigerator/freezer," Microwave, and double sink; Private Upstairs' Laundry Room with new Washer & Dryer + Utility Sink; Plus New Mid-Century Modern Balcony to view the Disney Fireworks. PLEASE BE ADVISED: WE ONLY RENT THIS PROPERTYTO ONE GUEST GROUP AT A TIME! If interested regarding renting out the aforementioned Rental Unit, please contact us for a Quote. Just to let you know the above Rental Unit is freshly prepared & ready to go if you decide to rent that space out at the last minute prior to one's arrival/check in, or even after you get here. We have a short "video" of the space or can give you the keys to check it out prior to your arrival or even after your check in. Just ask. Otherwise, it is "locked" off with a deadbolt lock during one's stay here. Also, the maximum number of persons for renting out the entire Property/Estate is 17 persons for a 7 Bedroom Property (Which this is) per the City of Anaheim Short-Term Rental Regulations. Please Note: To protect your investment when "booking" a stay here, it is highly recommended that you buy Travel Insurance for your stay here. Past guests that did were very happy they did in the event something comes up unexpectantly. They sell it on the Internet. Make sure it is going to protect you and the members in your group as one policy can differ from one insurance company to the next. Additionally, a signed & dated Rental Contract is required between the tenant & the owner of the property per the Short-Term Regulations of the City of Anaheim, plus a copy of one's ID (i.e., Driver's License, State ID, or Passport). Staying at the Encanto House was an absolutely fantastic experience. We started our trip with a last minute change of homes, switching to the Encanto house, and should have started here. The host had the home ready fast. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished, with families in mind. There were several strollers and height chairs, even extra pack and plays in case of multiple babies. They have a beautiful pool and many life jackets and some pool toys for the kiddos to play with. The outdoor patio space is mindfully equipped, with a separate hot tub space, and an additional sitting space off the kitchen, perfect for morning coffee. With kids ranging in age from 3 to 12, there were plenty of things to entertain: a whole chest of toys, books, coloring supplies, and games. A fully stocked kitchen and wonderfully furnished large dining room table with everything you could possibly need for a large family stay to cook big dinners, and even 2 fridges with ice makers. The 3 full bathrooms came in very handy after long days at Disneyland and the Ocean, with showers in every one. The host was fantastic, responsive, and reactive: we had a small hiccup with the fire alarm batteries needing replacement and it was handled instantly, with our permission to enter the property while we enjoyed our day at Disneyland. The property is located directly across the street from the main Disney parking structure, making walking to and from Downtown Disney a breeze, even after 30K step days.

I was able to book this property for a 4 night stay with my family of 6, destination Disney. It was a short 15-20 minute walk from the house to downtown Disney entrance, which was so convenient for the midday breaks from Disneyland and when we wanted to cook at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need and more! There were two fridges which is great for large groups, amazing comfortable couches and living spaces…not to mention the incredible back yard with a pool, hot tub, bbq and comfortable lounging spaces for lots of guests: An entertaining dream. The “Encanto” theme was very appropriate and the docor of this house was incredibly charming. The communication from our host was on point. We will be staying here again if we get the chance!!

We loved the house. The pictures did not do it justice. It was so nice, with so much room! Our group of 11 felt right at home. There were so many lovely touches. We loved the beautiful dishes and decorations. There were 2 full-sized strollers, 1 double stroller, and several of the umbrella type strollers. We used the mini crib for the 2 year old in our group, and he slept very well in it. There were two high chairs. The kitchen is well furnished. There were K-cup pods, but we never found a Keurig, which was not a problem since there was a regular coffee maker, coffee beans, and a grinder. There were full size body wash, shampoo, and conditioners in the bathrooms, which was much appreciated! There were PLENTY of towels and linens. There were 14 life jackets and floaties in varying sizes for the pool, as well as several pool toys. We did not pay the extra to have the pool heated, and it was pretty cold when first getting in. We did pay to have the hot tub heated, but since we spent most of our time at Disneyland, we did not take full advantage of it. The hot tub is in a separate fenced area, so it would not even be noticeable if you decide not to have it filled and heated. We walked to and from Disney the three full days of our stay. It usually took us about 15-20 minutes to get to the security area. Communication was excellent. The check-in and check-out processes were a breeze! We will definitely stay again when we come back (we live in Texas).

What a beautiful property. It really felt elegant and a home away from home at the same time. Perfect walking distance to the park. Owner is easy to communicate with and accommodating.

The neighborhood where the home is located is quite & friendly. Along with that, it has the great advantage of it's Location, Location, Location in that it is central to everything in the Anaheim Resort! (i.e., Only a Short 2-1/2 Block Walk to the FREE Trams to the main gates of Disneyland, California Adventure, & Downtown Disney, and 4 long blocks/a few minutes to the car to the Anaheim Convention Center). There are lots of retail stores of all kinds nearby, along with great restaurants, supermarkets of all types, gas stations, pharmacies, all the major banks & hospitals, not to forget a whole array of Walmart's, Costco, Sam Clubs, Target Stores, lots of car washes everywhere you look, Etc...

It's vibrant colors & layout/floor-plan, along with plot plan & landscaping that makes this house stand out. It is definitely not a generic "cookie cutter" track house! Even when a group staying here is large in size there are plenty of spaces inside & outside of the house for personal privacy due to it' unique architectural design of the Owner's Mother inspiration, working with a Beverly Hills Architect, along with the professional services of an accomplished local Orange County Architect: Patrick Conover co-working with the Owner for over 4 years to bring the house up to code & then being signed off by Anaheim City Planning & Building Officials was a great accomplishment. Even now the Owner of the property continues to still make significant improvements to what was the original family home! As he puts it: "It's a labor of love!"
