Arrowhead community has a trash center, it is located behind the guest services. At check out please dispose all garbage and take it to the trash center. Please don't leave any trash on the property It will attract animals and we are trying to avoid that.

-The house has a Septic system please don't throw paper or any other products in the toilet or oil products in the kitchen sink.

Arrowhead Community Charges:
**You must be registered and paid at least 3 days prior to arrival date.**
Temporary membership fees are mandatory and is assessed to all rentals for occupants age 6 and over.

Community membership: $8.50 per person per night


All vehicles will be charged $20 per vehicle.
Transaction Fee: $35
Any guest registering within 3 days of their stay, there is a $100 late fee.
