King Bed. 2 guest bedrooms with Queen Beds. 2nd Bath is a tub/shower combination with an extended vanity. All Bedrooms on second floor. First floor has a large living/dining area. Sectional sofa and modern style recliner. Dining table for 6 and bar height counter seating for 2. Custom window treatments including white cornice boards in the living and dining. Updated lighting. Large 1st floor laundry with full sized washer and dryer, plus MUCH storage! Kitchen boasts cherry stained 42' maple cabinetry. Glass tiled back splash. Fully Stocked. Community offers large resort-like pool and 12 person jacuzzi, walking trail in the soccer field, tot lots and 1/2 basketball courts. Pets Considered. Inquire with owners with specifics on your pet. Went for the MLS Next Fest. Location convenient; 15 minutes to the AZ Athletic fields and our team's VRBO, and 20 minutes from the airport. Unit was spotless and perfect size. The decor was dated but it is very well cared for property. Owner responded quickly and stayed in touch. Would atay there again.

Home away from home.

Very comfort stay, close to lots of great shopping. Local amenities were great. Definitely will recommend to all friends and family when they plan a visit.

Wonderful place

I had a wonderful week staying here. Pictures do not do it justice. It was extremely comfortable for 4 adults. The private parking garage was absolutely wonderful. The place was clean and tidy. There were also some amentities such as the washer/dryer, dishwasher and private patio that made this trip special. Thank you to the hosts! We will be back next year!

Great location, Great Place!

Great Location. Very clean and modern. The owners were very great to communicate with. Close to a lot of amenities in and around Mesa. I would recommend this property and will also be going back in the future to stay again!

Exactly where we wanted to be

The neighbor is quiet and convenient to so many things. Groceries, restaurants, golf all within about a mile in many directions. The unit has nice sized bedrooms, thou we only used the master, Wish the yard/patio area had a bit more sun and we would have enjoyed a little better temperature during our visit to enjoy the outside area.

Townhouse stay

We spent Feb.and March in this lovely home. Great location, near lots of activities, ball parks and great restaurants. Everything you might need is provided in this home and if there’s anything you need Rob and Barbara will address it immediately. Highly recommend this home!

Outstanding property, beautifully decorated.

We loved this property! It is clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The large patio area is a huge plus not only for entertaining friends but also for enjoying the wonderful Mesa weather. The property owners were a pleasure to work with...not one single complaint as they had everything in good order. We would definitely recommend this property as a great place to stay. We hope to stay again!

Our stay at April 13-20, 2024

Very smooth stay, Everything is well taken care of. I wrote the manager the 2nd day and let him know about a mirror scratch, a dog-chewed electronic game, and 2 broken blinds. He fixed the blinds the next day. I told him about the other items so he didn't think our family and dog broke anything. It all went seamlessly and my boys and their family were impressed with the townhome. Great pool and jacuzzi. We all had a great time!

Literally Our Home Away From Home

This was the absolute best place to stay during our home renovation! Perfect location, super clean, awesome and accommodating owners, allowed pets, friendly neighbors, I could go on and on. Our three-week plan turned into almost a month due to delays in our renovation and Rob and Barb were so accommodating when we needed to extend our stay, twice! We got into a routine and were a bit sad to leave! We highly recommend this home!

This condo is very nice and worked well for our family. My daughter and her two young ones joined us there for a few days. We enjoyed the pool and frequent outings!

Decent place, close to amenities

We stayed a week. The place was very clean, however there was a stale smoke smell in the house. There is a little bit of road noise as it is close to a main road. The master bedroom bed sheets were too small, constantly have to re-tuck the corners in. Everything else was pleasant. Nice to have a garage for parking. Good contact with the owners.

Great quality for a reasonable price

Nice three bedroom for a family. We had a great stay with our five kids. The owner was quick to respond and it was very clean. We enjoyed eating on the patio and having a garage to park in. The pool was cold, no surprise but the hot tub was great. You'll need your own condiments. We weren't used to an electric grill but it worked fine if you let it preheat. Overall a great value.

Great location and wonderful owner support

Came for a 90th birthday for our dad. The property was perfect. Had some trouble with the internet and the owner jumped on it. Pool wasn't heated but the kids had fun in the hot tub and playground. Beds were so soft. Definitely on our repeat list.

Comfortable, Quiet Mesa Hideaway

I had an excellent 2 week stay at this property. Very easy interaction with owners. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to 60 and 202, so you can get anywhere in the Valley. Residence was clean and comfortable. Look forward to staying there again.

Rob and Barbara reside in Queen Creek, AZ and built Comfort!Style!Home Amenities! in 2008. In Fall 2014, we decided to renovate the property and offer it to others as a retreat from the cold months of winter. Prior to moving to AZ, we vacationed here at least once per year, so have stayed in a variety of places. We wanted to offer a comfortable, reasonable accommodation for those 'escaping' the winter in colder climates.

Our townhome is very comfortable, decorated in a style we like, and hope our guests do as well !! We considered the conveniences we liked when we vacationed and tried to provide that for our guests.
