The Neighborhood:

Go east, young man (or woman). Austin’s hippest businesses are moving farther and farther in that direction, and Govalle has swiftly become an area that deserves one of your sunny afternoons.



Located between Webberville Road and Airport Boulevard, the neighborhood started as a cattle ranch in the 1850s. Swedish entrepreneur Swen Magnus Swenson used the Govalle ranch as a way to help more Swedes settle in Texas. He would pay for fellow countrymen to come to the U.S., and in exchange they would work on his ranch. If you want to sound like a local, then you’ll say Go-Valley, which is Swedish for “good grazing land.” These days, Govalle is a great neighborhood to grab a bite to eat, get a few drinks and even see some amazing art by local painters, sculptors and creators of all stripes.



Govalle is jam-packed with tons of cool mom-and-pop businesses. On Tillery Street, just south of Seventh, is a trendy outdoor coffee trailer, Filch. One of East Austin’s most insta-worthy sites is just up the road under the Seventh Street overpass. A few blocks north is a business campus that houses Createscape coworking, where a lot of Austin writers, filmmakers, techies and a variety of other self-employed professionals rent a desk or snag a daily hot seat. On the same property is a CBD shop that periodically hosts block parties and Squatch Frontier Fitness. This is the gym where your trainer works out.



Since Austin is such an outdoorsy city, and there are so many popular parks around town, many Govalle residents don’t even realize what an amazing surprise awaits them at the southeastern tip of the neighborhood. The Colorado River Preserve is a 43-acre parcel of pristine dry and wetland habitats. There's even a designated wildlife viewing area.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $49 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

Please note the pool can only be heated when the outside temperature is above 60°F, and we require at least 48 hours' notice if you would like to add this service. Our maintenance team comes by every Tuesday to service the pool and keep it in tip-top shape.

• Sorry but the pool is for people only, no doggy paddling allowed.

• Planning a BBQ? Your rental comes with a complimentary full tank upon arrival. A propane tank refill is available for a one-time $55 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

House Rules

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets (small pets only for $50 additional cleaning cost).

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
