O proprietário, Sr. Gustavo é muito atencioso, tendo nos prestado um excelente serviço de hospedagem. O zelador do prédio foi muito gentil e prestativo durante nossa estadia. O imóvel é bem localizado, em uma região tranquila, perto das praias e do centro da cidade. A organização e limpeza são impecáveis. A manutenção do prédio está em dia, não tendo apresentado nenhum percalço ou dissabor. O apartamento é amplo e possui toda mobília necessária para uma estadia muito confortável, tendo atendido a todas as nossas necessidades e expectativas. O Guarujá é sempre uma ótima opção de passeio, devido à beleza de suas várias praias. Além do mar, ainda possui outras opções de lazer, como a visita ao forte, e ótimas opções gastronômicas. Além disso, fica pertinho de Santos, que também possui muitas opções bacanas. A descrição do anúncio foi precisa em todos os aspectos. Recomendo o imóvel para outras pessoas, assim como, em futuras oportunidades, pretendo ficar hospedado nele.

Ótima estadia, Gustava sempre muito atencioso, juntamente com o zelador Nilton. O apartamento é fiel às fotos da descrição do anuncio, imóvel confortável que acomodou muito bem 7 pessoas.
