Family vacation

Had the best stay and vacation at this home! Walking distance to everywhere and also far enough away from the strip where it is quiet! Also best spot to watch the fireworks off the decks! You will not regret booking this place!

Best family vacation home! Clean, close walk to the beach and the owners are very easy to communicate with and get in touch with. This home has everything you can imagine and more and the owners are very accommodating. I love this home and will return every year with my family! Thank you for such a great vacation

The property was beautiful, newly renovated, exactly what I was looking for. But upon arrival, I found that there were no paper towels, no clean dish towels (only a dirty one under the sink), the trash cans in the kitchen had a clean trash bag in them but no replacement bags, the bottom of the trash cans was disgusting (old coffee grounds and trash in the bottom of them), there was dried food and food spatters on the wall behind the trash can which I cleaned up, the icemaker didn't work, the microwave didn't work till I contacted the host to find 3 breakers were tripped. The sliding glass doors were filthy, most of the glasses needed to be washed before using them as well as the flatware. Crumbs under the cabinets and stove. We had to put the sheets on the beds....just not what I expected for the price I paid for my stay. Totally dissapointing! And I get that most people have apps to watch TV but I don't and couldn't watch local news and weather.

The house is always left very clean for all renters over many years with most being repeat renters over the years. This renter was not able to figure out the entry code to the door and called me for repeat instructions to enter. Also put too many things onto trip the breaker. This renter also left a lot of mess in the kitchen and kitchen barrel.
