Welcome to your vacation at the Blue House! This 4 bed, 3 bath home is newly updated with all renovated bathrooms and kitchen upgrades. Enjoy a short 2 minute walk to the beach, as this home is located just 3 houses back. A brand new Hot Tub has just been installed in the back deck. BBQ on the back deck with a propane grill and tiki bar. Relax on the front porch swing catching those ocean breezes and evening sunsets.

On the interior of the home you will two living spaces. The upper level includes a comfortable living room, well-stocked kitchen, and dining area. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks. The additional two rooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen, share a full bathroom. The lower level has a guest suite featuring a kitchenette, den area with large TV, and stacked washer/dryer. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath.

This home is located at 5 25th Avenue on beautiful Isle of Palms, South Carolina. The area has lots to offer with IOP recreational department just two blocks away including playground, soccer fields, tennis courts, and pickleball. Front beach has tons of restaurants and shops. Spend your vacation relaxing or exploring at this island home.

*Looking for 2 homes, check out the sister property "The Pink House" located directly next door. Look for 3 25th Avenue to check availability. These are completely separate houses unless rented together.

PETS: Pets are considered, but MUST be approved with non-refundable pet fee paid directly to the property management company. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. Please contact for more details.

We had a wonderful week! The home was beautiful and has many updates. We enjoyed the front porch more than we had imagined with the bed swing! The parking area and back yard was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the swim spa daily and used the tiki bar and outdoor fire ring. Grandparents stayed in the bottom apartment which provided some peace and quiet for them! We will choose this property again!

The rear door wouldn't close. It was open at the bottom tied at the top. There was supposed to be a Queen bed in one of the bedrooms. It was a double bed and we had a problem with the toilet. Andy's taught in the shower, and they couldn't tell us when someone's gonna be there. And we had a little bit of a problem communication, wise

Great stay isle of palms

We recently rented this property on isle of palms. The house was spotless, had tons of space and as advertised was only 3 minute walk to the beach. There was a large jacuzzi on a huge deck that was size of a small swimming pool. Fenced in backyard. There are 2 levels. The downstairs has its own kitchen and bedroom and bathroom with shower and could be a separate family unit. Upstairs had 3 bedrooms great kitchen and living room and huge TVs everywhere. The appliances were new and can tell this home was just renovated. Loved the house. The only negatives were very limited paper products and trash bags. The mattresses were too firm and the golf cart parked in the driveway should have been included in the stay. It is if you stay for 7 days, we stayed for 5 days and when I asked if we could have it included or at a discount rate I was told no. At the price for rental this should have been a perk thrown in.
