Your holiday house: new, modern and bright villa, 5 rooms (4 bedrooms), 260 sqm, 8-10 people. Air conditioning and central heating. Private outdoor swimming pool (50 sqm).
Ground floor : Living room (50 sqm) with sitting area and the fireplace, piano, dining area (10 places), LED TV and access to the terrace (80 sqm, barbecue, garden furniture, 2 table, 10 chairs, 5 deck chairs), two bedrooms with pool view (25 sqm) with double bed, TV, air, private bathroom with shower or tub, wash basin, toilet and hair dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker (4 rings), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (with freezer), microwave and coffee maker. Extra bathroom with shower. Guest toilet. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating. Fitness area.
First floor: bedrooms (25 sqm) with double bed, TV, air condition, bathroom with shower, wash basin, toilet and hair dryer. Bedroom (25 sqm) with two beds which can become double bed, TV, air condition, private bathroom with tub, wash basin, toilet and hair dryer. Every bedroom has access to terase (25 m2).

Sehr schöne Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit 2 Betten. Für 8 Personen perfekt. Große Küche, sehr schöner Pool mit Außenbereich, genug Sitzmöbel. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Schöne Villa, großer Garten

Es war ein sehr angenehmer, ruhiger Aufenthalt. Villa ist sehr großzügig, Garten ist komplett (ausbruchsicher) eingezäunt (wir waren mit 4 Hunden dort). Lediglich durch das Gartentor könnte ein kleiner / zierlicher Hund entwischen. Spazierweg direkt vor der Tür. 2 Schlafzimmer (mit jeweils eigenem Bad) sind im Erdgeschoss. Zugang direkt auf die Terrasse / in den Garten. Tischtennis und Billard standen zur Verfügung. Großer Pool. Einzig etwas unangenehm: auf der Terrasse waren viele Ameisen und generell viele Mücken / Insekten. Was aber daran liegt, dass man mitten in der Natur ist. Man konnte die Türen nicht auflassen. Hier wären evtl Fliegengitter eine Lösung. Im Schlafzimmer waren nur selten deutsche Programme verfügbar (Satellit), im Wohnzimmer kann man Netflix und Co. nutzen. Alles in allem eine schöne Villa.

Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen. Das Objekt besticht durch seine Größe und moderne Einrichtung. Das gepflegte Grundstück und der große Pool laden zum Verweilen ein. Diverse touristische Ziele sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von 30 min zu erreichen.

Tolles Haus in schöner und ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr schönes, modernes und großes Haus mit allem Komfort. Große Terrasse und riesiger Garten, herrlicher Pool. Vier Erwachsene und sechs Kinder konnten hier wunderbar ihre verschiedenen Interessen ausleben. Durch die abgeschiedene Lage konnten die Kinder auch mal ungestört laut sein. Absolut empfehlenswert!

This villa is situated in quite village and close to beautiful beaches and also close to cities Porec, Rovinj and Pula which have a lot of history buildings from Roman and medieval period. Around village there are several bike country roads. If you like running this is perfect place for you. In the area there are several wine and olive oil roads.
It is very convenient for longer stay in order to "work in piece". Please ask for special prices.
In period Nov 1, 2021 - May 15, 2022, 10% off for two and more weeks stay.
In period Sep 19, 2019 - May 20, 2020, for up to 4 persons (use of only two bedrooms 20% off)
