Nestled in the famous Mystic Islands, this delightful house is the perfect vacation rental for guests seeking a terrific getaway. Beautiful water views surround every window. With 4 bedrooms, including one king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 trundle bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 bunk bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind and relax. An additional sunroom with a pull-out sofa and black-out curtains can make for an additional private sleeping arrangement. The 2 bathrooms offer a soothing retreat with amenities like a bathtub, shower, and hairdryer. Additionally, the living room provides an additional space with a cozy sofa bed.

Furthermore, enjoy the fantastic outdoor amenities, including access to the water on our brand-new dock, or cook a nice BBQ using the new grill with indoor and outdoor seating. Paddle boards, a paddle boat, kayaks, water toys, life jackets, and more will all be available for you to use. Perfect location with two golf courses (LBI National and Atlantis) less than 5 miles away. Two miles to the beautiful Gravel Point beach and a 5-minute ride to catch the Ferry to LBI. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Little Egg Harbor Township.

Overall a pleasant stay. The kids loved the paddle boards.Place could use a better cleaning services. Many HVAC vents and ceiling fan blades were filthy and screen on sliding patio door was torn which allowed insects in.

We are so happy that you and your family enjoyed all of the amenities our property has to offer. Thanks for bringing this to our attention as we were unaware of this during your stay. We have now addressed this with our cleaning crew. They have since been dusted and the screen has been replaced.

Dance Nationals

It’s a beautiful place, we were there for dance nationals competition. We had a bunch of moms and girls and there was still plenty of room for all of us. Lots of stuff to do, the girls had a great time with all the water activities. Teresa was amazing, if we end up that way again definitely staying here. Thanks again for opening up to us, we loved it.

Vacation with kids and grandkids. Check in was very easy! Teresa was very quick to respond when I texted with questions. Very spacious home right on the water/lagoon. WiFi worked great in the house, not able to connect out on patio. Washer/dryer and dishwasher on property.. Very nice property. Would definitely rent again!!

Fantastic!

This house was amazing! Free use of beach chairs, water toys, etc. The host was very good at keeping in touch, even shared the weather forecast. I would highly recommend staying here. They even left some gifts for us! Very thought!

Girls Weekend Getaway at LBI!

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful Mystic Island home near the LBI beaches. Highly recommend this home as it was very accommodating for a large group and close to stores, restaurants, and the LBI beaches. We had a fun-filled girls getaway (Bachelorette party) and this was the perfect location for our trip. The hosts were so wonderful from the start and were always able to answer any questions and/or concerns we had regarding the trip. Teresa was able to put my mind at ease as it was my first time visiting the area and the LBI beaches. She was able to give several recommendations of places to go, along with suggestions regarding parking and beach access. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into making sure people feel welcome in the home. I was blown away by the care package for us girls when we arrived—so sweet! This was my first stay at a VRBO and it did not disappoint. I am already looking forward to my next visit back to LBI and will absolutely try to stay here again. Thank you Joe and Teresa for helping to make the weekend special for us girls!
