Welcome to SEASIDE QUARTERS!

You're going to LOVE our LBI home, its a warm and inviting space, the wide variety of offerings provided and UNIQUE location, 2 homes off the BAY and an EZ 5 minute (0.2) WALK to BEACH!

This is a classic LBI vacation home designed to properly host up to 12 guests, boasting beautiful hardwood floors, an open living area, and clean white interior.
Enjoy our 4/5 bedrooms, a great 4 season sun porch, with an Amish Plank table for 12! Dining Room for 6, 5 flat screen Smart TVs, Xbox system, books, Videos, Game Room, WiFi, HVAC, 2 full bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower & foot shower!
The kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything you'll want... Espresso machine, French Press, drip pot, tons of spices, blender, DW, W&D and a gas BBQ grill outdoors!

4 Bedrooms- Maybe 5?

You'll enjoy 2 first floor bedrooms, each graced with a Queen sized bed, TV, dresser and blackout window treatments.

A full bath with a tub is located on the first floor!

The second floor offers the "kids" room with double bunkbeds (4 twins), TV, closet and blackout window treatments.

Additionally, the Primary Suite is spacious and has a King sized bed, TV, blackout window treatments, a Hotel style safe, loveseat and French doors that lead to a private sunroom with a Day Bed/ Trundle Bed (2 twins) which can be used as a 5th bedroom or not!

There is another full bath on the second floor with double sinks and a shower.

LOCATION!

Located in North Surf City, on the thinnest street- Bay to Beach, Seaside Quarters offers the enjoyment of crabbing, fishing and stunning Bay sunsets (bring your Kayak!) and a seasonally GUARDED beach, both steps away!

And the adjacent street has a sandy beach at the bay, perfect for launching, Kayaks and Paddleboards, grabbing a "noodle" and floating in the bay or just playing fetch with the Pup!

Plus, we're footsteps to several restaurants, a great coffee house and convenient to Okie's Meats, Anchor Fresh produce, awesome seafood, Wine & Spirits,The Cheese Shop, a day spa, ice cream parlors, Rita's and several mini-golf courses too!

We had an amazing stay at Randy’s LBI house in Surf City! From the start, Randy was super accommodating and got us in for an early check-in, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The house itself was perfect — clean, spacious, and packed with great amenities like a fire pit, cornhole set, and plenty of beach chairs.Any time I needed assistance, Randy responded almost immediately and was extremely helpful. You can tell he really cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. Would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back again

Sanctuary

Our family of 9 had to make a last minute trip to southern NJ to lay our dad, Pop pop, husband, BIL to rest. This property was a sanctuary during this difficult time. The host make it a smooth check in/out process and was very communicative. This property would be a great vacation getaway to LBI for a large family or group of friends.

Perfect location for family get together

The home is spacious and comfortable. It had all we needed for four sisters and their husbands for a long weekend. Common area for all to convene but privacy as well. We will be back.

Perfect in every way

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the short walk to sunset and sunrises. The big table on the screened porch was wonderful for family dinners. There was always a gentle breeze in the backyard for hanging together or reading a book. We appreciated the well stocked sheds with bikes, beach chairs and sand toys.

Awesome Beach Weekend

Randy was very communicative and the house had everything we needed for a fun weekend at the beach! Great location and outdoor space as well. Will definitely be looking to stay again on our next trip to LBI!

Lots of space, convenient, a bit dated

It's a perfectly pleasant property with lots of space and bedrooms for everyone. The kitchen is a bit worn-out-looking, but that didn't prevent us from fully enjoying our weekend on LBI. The beds were comfy and the backyard grill setup was fantastic. My only real complaint is having to not only wash the linens, but also wait for them to dry, fold, and put away. It seems to me that a cleaning staff could easily handle these last couple steps as part of regular house turnover, but I gather providing linens is not the standard for LBI in general.

Great house close to everything.

This house was perfect for us. It’s located just minutes from all things “vacation”: The beach, restaurants, mini golf, etc. Would gladly stay again!

Weekend Stay

We stayed here 2 nights for a family related event and the house met our needs perfectly. Everything in the house worked and was easy to operate. The owner communicated in a very timely basis and instructions with respect to the house were very clear and easy to understand.

Perfect for all

Randy and Anslee were the perfect hosts. Communication was excellent, very responsive. Their Seaside Quarters is the perfect house for a mixed age group. The fooseball table kept my teenage son and friends off their electronics and the cozy living room offered a comfortable place for the adults to sit back with a book. The quarters is well equipped and Randy went out of the way to keep our fur babies safe by installing a temporary fence. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome at the Seaside Quarters. We will definitely go back!

Surf City 24th St

This house has a great location with easy access to the bay and ocean. We enjoyed walking a few steps to watch the sunsets over the bay in the evenings and crabbing and fishing during the day in the same spot. The ocean was a short, 3 block walk away, very doable. It was also nice to be able to walk to Anchor Market, Okies, and other shops in Surf City. There were plenty of linens for all the beds and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall our family had a wonderful time and I would recommend this house for an LBI beach vacation.

Great week in Surf City!

Our family had the chance to stay in the heart of surf city in a great home 2 houses off the bay and maybe 2 blocks from the beach… loved the house, the location and Randy, the home owner was on top of our stay… what a great week!! We will be back next year!!!!

Reunion Warmth

Older cape with many amenities & yesteryear, cozy feel, perfect for our size group. Had something for everyone, including high chair, fire pit outside, bikes, etc. Owner was very engaging & friendly, and made us feel at home. Quiet street with bay just past house & ocean beach a short walk. Could not have been more perfect.

New Years Stay

Randy was an absolutely amazing host. He is so thoughtful when it comes to checking in and getting situated. He checks on you throughout the way and is just a kind warm hearted person. I had a lovely time and so much fun even during the off season. I would absolutely rent from Randy again and I really appreciate everything he has done for my group!

Dad’s 70TH Birthday Family Celebration

It was PERFECT. The house was roomy, comfortable, fabulous location. Even though it rained the whole time we still had an outdoor fire with s’mores. Would definitely rent again.

Heaven on earth!

A lovely escape to Paradise- perfectly located between the Bay for dazzling sunsets & a beautiful beach to welcome sunrise and walk endlessly on the water's edge or just plop down and take in the magnificent scenery. It's walkable to all the local stores & wonderful eateries- Pet friendly is a blessing, and if one is too exhausted after being out and about, this home offers a peaceful, comfortable place to just stay in and relax after a "busy day" by the firepit-~ the game room provided hours of entertainment & brought out the "kid" in all of us - even the ones way over 5 years old! This home provides everything to facilitate a family vacation to be one abundant of magical memories!
