An updated 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1st floor condo. Located within walking distance to some of the most popular beach restaurants and venues in St Pete Beach! A short walk out to the heated community pool or walk to the beach in just a few minutes to put your toes in the gulf, take a beach chair sit back and relax. There are trolleys close by that can take you to Downtown St Pete, Pass a Grille or Clearwater. Close to John's Pass for even more restaurants and shopping. It is your choice to sit and relax or go exploring to different islands, museums, the micro breweries, movies and nightlife that the beach and downtown St Pete has to offer.

Wall mounted smart TVs in the living room and the bedroom. A newly remodeled walk in shower. Stainless steel upgraded appliances in the kitchen.
Sleeps 5: King size bed in bedroom, a pull out sleeper sofa in Living room (sleeps 2) and the ottoman unfolds into a twin bed (sleeps 1).
A family oriented location. There is no smoking in the condo and pets are not allowed.

Distance from Beach:
Beach is located across a few parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.

Buildings 100-400 are around the pool, buildings 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This condo is in building 800.

Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals.
Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals
Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of beach stores within walking distance.
There is a BBQ area on site as well as bike racks.
A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars.
Shopping is close by.
Many guests do not bring a car, however 1 parking pass is included, if needed!
Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced.

Paradise Perfected

Cute and relaxing!

My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights and it was nothing short of perfect! Big comfy bed with plenty of clean dishes and a very nice bathroom/shower. Best part was being so close to the beach! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay

Great stay just steps from white sandy beach!

Wonderful stay and kind host. Everything was clean and comfortable. Parking was right outside of door. Host was thoughtful and kind. Check-in was simple. Beautiful sandy beach just a few steps away, and plenty of dining within walking distance. We’d recommend to other guests!

Walking distance from the beach!

Overall a great place to stay! It’s within walking distance to the beach, the pool was decent to swim in even in December, and the condo was a good size. We were initially nervous about the location, it seemed a bit sketchy, but it wasn’t.

Short getaway

Property was clean at check in. Pictures and descriptions of Property were spot on. No surprises when checking in. There was an umbrella and a couple of chairs there for use at the beach which was very useful. Definitely would stay there again

Beautiful Location for a Getaway

I booked the condo for a surprise birthday weekend for my love. The condo was perfect for two people The kind sized bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the overall condition of the unit was very clean. The beach is just one block away from the unit and the pool is steps away as well. The owner's recommendations were great for good food. We enjoyed everything and look forward to visiting again. Great experience and I highly recommend this rental.

Quick trip to the Beach

This property is as exactly as described. Convenient location to beach; short walk to local restaurants too. We flew in from NC to visit friends we hadn't seen in years & needed a great location at a great price.....this place fit the bill perfectly for our needs. Thank you Roger for your prompt replies.

Perfect vacation spot

This is our second time renting this unit. The property as a whole is ideal! The location is off the main road l, so low traffic and pretty quiet at night. The walk to the beach is quick and convenient and the pool is absolutely perfect. The shuffle board court was fun to play on between beach trips! The unit is also perfect for two vacationers. We love the ability to make our own meals and come back to the comforts of a cool place after a hot beach day.

Awesome property close the beach!

Everything that we needed! Was cool to be walking distance to the beach and restaurants! Updates that have been done to the condo are nice! Easy drive from the Tampa airport! Would definitely recommend!

Great location and clean.

Very nice condo! Steps from the beach and ricks reef. Would be nice if they supplied garbage bags but not a deal breaker! Says no beach chairs supplied but 2 are in the closet with an umbrella. We purchased a cooler and left it for others as well.

What a perfect location to stay, walking distance to the Beach and Many bars and restaurants. Condo was very clean and comfortable for 2 and the pool was just a short walk around the building. Only short fall was the CATV was extremely slow and difficult to search due to the speed.

Perfect Location

Wonderful beach getaway

We loved our stay! The condo is perfectly situated across the street from the beach. The heated pool was quiet with plenty of space to relax. There is the paradise grill right in front of the beach for quick bites! beach towels were conveniently provided for a fee. The condo was spacious and comfortable. We felt very at home. There were some mixed reviews about the bed being uncomfortable, but we slept great on the king sized bed! Roger communicated to us quickly, we appreciate it! Great stay, would come again :) the st Pete beach area is wonderful.

We had stayed in same unit previously. Enjoyed it. There was an issue with the mattress being turned wrong but it was taken care of quickly. I highly recommend the unit. A keirug coffee maker would be nice
